Promotion Details
Purchases of Participating Products by an Eligible Person from the Promoter's Eligible Online Store during the Promotional Period qualify for selected Bonus(es), while stocks last. This promotion generally cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who comply with these terms and conditions and are eligible to use the Promoter's Eligible Online Store. Parental/guardian consent may be required for individuals under 18. Purchases for commercial purposes or on behalf of companies are excluded.
Participating Products and Bonuses

Bonus(es): Corresponding to each Participating Product as detailed in Appendix 1. Some bonuses may include entry into a draw.
Further Terms and Conditions
These terms do not exclude rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, with notification on the Eligible Online Store.
Purchases and Bonuses
Purchases must be made with New Zealand details, including a valid New Zealand payment method and delivery address. Additional information may be required. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Specific bonus conditions may apply, including voucher codes, trade-in boosts, or participation in draws. Draw winners will be notified and must claim prizes within 5 working days.
Fulfilment and Refunds
Fulfilment of Participating Products and Bonuses will follow standard lead times. If a Participating Product is refunded or returned, the Bonus(es) (or its value) must also be returned. Failure to return the Bonus(es) may result in liability for costs, including debt recovery.
Verification and Promoter's Decision
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not comply with the terms. The Promoter's decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability and Responsibility
Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited is not liable for communication errors, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to communications. They are also not liable for any tax liability incurred by participants. Liability for personal injury or loss arising from the promotion is excluded, except where legally cannot be excluded.
Privacy
Personal information collected is used to conduct the promotion and may be shared with third parties for this purpose. Information is retained only as necessary and will be destroyed when no longer required. Participants have the right to access and correct their personal information.
