Special Terms and Conditions: Receive a Cloudpillo Original with Your Galaxy Ring Purchase

Promotion

With the purchase of a participating Galaxy Ring model, you will temporarily receive a Cloudpillo Original.

This promotion runs from August 4th to August 31st, 2025 (purchase date), and as long as supplies last. You can participate a maximum of one time per purchased product and a maximum of 3 times per household. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions on the participating models. This promotion is only valid for participants aged 18 and over.

Samsung aims to send the product within 7 weeks after a complete and approved registration.

Participation in a promotion is limited to 4 times per year. Any attempt to participate after the fourth time will be automatically rejected.

Participating Models and Retailers

This promotion applies to the following models with corresponding EAN codes:

Important Note: Please ask the seller for a device with a participating EAN code. Some retailers sell imported products instead of official products from Belgium or Luxembourg. These products have a different EAN code, IMEI code, or serial number and are not eligible for this promotion.

This promotion is only valid if you purchased the Galaxy Ring from one of the participating retailers in Belgium or Luxembourg. Samsung is not responsible for the availability of participating models at participating retailers. Not included in this promotion are: Bol., Gomibo, and Amazon.

Samsung.com: Purchases made via Samsung.com can participate but must be registered.

Samsung Experience Stores: Purchases made via Samsung Experience Stores can participate but must be registered.

If you return the purchased product, the gifted product, voucher, or cashback must be returned or reimbursed.

How to Participate

Go to www.samsung.com/be/promo, click on the promotion, fill out the online registration form, and upload the following documents by October 31st, 2025 at the latest:

1. A copy of the purchase receipt; including mention of:
   a. The name of the store/webshop where you purchased your new Galaxy Ring.
   b. The order date. This date must fall within the promotion period.
2. A photo or screenshot of the serial number, which can be found in the Wearable app. Go to the Wearable app -> Ring settings -> About Ring -> and you will find the serial number there. Take a photo or screenshot.

Example: The screenshot shows the Ring's serial number (e.g., Q50XWWU2AXF3) found in the Wearable app under Ring settings -> About Ring.

Always make and keep a copy of all documents you send.
