Product Operation Instructions

On/Off

• Open the charging case and take out the earbuds; they will turn on automatically.
• If the earbuds are outside the box and powered off, long press the function button for 2 seconds to turn them on.
• Place the earbuds in the charging case to turn them off.
• When powered on, long press the function button for 5 seconds to power off.
• Earbuds automatically shut down after 3 minutes of disconnection from a device.

Bluetooth Connection

• For first-time use, the earbuds automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode upon powering on.
• Turn on your device's Bluetooth, search for "A11", and select to connect.
• Upon subsequent power-on, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device. If reconnection fails, they will enter pairing mode automatically.

Touch Functions

• Pause/Play: Single click the left or right function key.
• Next Track: Long press the right function key for 2 seconds.
• Previous Track: Long press the left function key for 2 seconds.
• Volume Up: Double-click the right earbud's function key.
• Volume Down: Double-click the left earbud's function key.
• Voice Assistant: Triple-click the left or right function key.
• Answer/Hang Up Call: Single click any function key.
• Reject Call: Long press any function key for 2 seconds.
• Cancel Dialing: Single click any function key during dialing.

Charging

• Insert the Type-C data cable into the charging port. The white indicator light on the charging case will flash during charging and remain solid when fully charged.
• When charging the earbuds, the white light on the charging case will be solid. The white indicator light on the earbuds will be solid during charging and turn off when fully charged.

Matters Needing Attention

• Clean the charging contacts (thimbles) on the earbuds and charging case weekly using a cotton swab or soft cloth to ensure good charging contact.
• When not in use, store the earbuds in the charging case to prevent loss and ensure they are charged.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, stop using the device, close all applications, and disconnect all connections or cables.
• Wipe the device and accessories with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
• If the product with a lithium battery is not used for an extended period, charge it at least once every three months.
• Keep the device and accessories dry. Do not use external heating devices like microwave ovens or hair dryers for drying.
• Avoid placing the device or accessories in extremely high or low temperatures, as this may cause malfunctions, fire, or explosion.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, or strong detergents to clean the device or accessories.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
