How do I claim my free 5G device?
You will receive an email with a link to verify your mailing address. After verification, your new device and SIM card will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Continue using your 4G device until the new 5G device arrives.
Will my 4G device continue to work?
Devices not compatible with 5G will continue to work on the 4G network. Use the new 5G device to benefit from the 5G network.

It can take up to 2 weeks to receive your new device. If this period has passed or you haven't received a confirmation email, contact Rogers support.
How do I access the 5G network? What if I'm outside a 5G coverage area?
Access requires the new 5G device, SIM, and plan. Your device will automatically connect to 5G in coverage areas. Outside 5G coverage, it will connect to 4G or LTE networks where available.
How will my data plan work?
Your Rogers Wireless Business Internet plan includes high-speed data with video throttling speeds up to 3Mbps. After reaching your high-speed allotment, you will have continued access at reduced speeds (up to 20 Mbps download, 4 Mbps upload) until the end of your billing cycle. Speed Passes can be purchased on rogers.com or via the MyRogers app for more high-speed data.
Can I use my 5G Internet device to make voice calls or receive text messages?
No, the 5G internet plan and device are data-only.
How will this impact my bill? Will there be a change to what I pay monthly?
For the first 60 days, a new 5G line will be added to your account at no extra cost, while you continue to pay for your 4G line. After 60 days, the 4G line will be deactivated, and you will pay the same amount on the new 5G line. Any outstanding device balance on your old device will be waived.
