How to Use Your Heating Pad
Dry heat therapy—such as traditional electric heating pads or saunas—offers a fast solution for therapeutic heat and is easy to use and apply.
Moist heat therapy—such as moist heat packs, hot baths, or steamed towels—can help aid in the heat's penetration into the muscles.
Doctors, physical therapists and sports trainers often recommend both methods as a means for soothing muscles aches and pains. Consult with your physician if you have questions regarding what type of therapy is best for your ailment.
ALWAYS USE THE INCLUDED CLOTH COVER WHILE OPERATING THIS HEATING PAD. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY INCLUDING BURNS. Read the WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS section of this manual before use and always use common sense care when operating any electrical device.
- Insert the PVC pad fully into the cloth cover; the cord and control should extend fully outside of the cover.

- The sponge pad is for use with Moist Heat therapy; if Moist Heat is desired, follow the Moist Heat instructions on the next page.
- Plug the product into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet.

- Monitor your comfort level and discontinue use if heat is uncomfortable.
