1. Front of the machine

• 1. Replaceable knife holder button: Button for replacing the knife holder.
• 2. LCD display: Screen for displaying information and controls.
• 3. Start switch: ? Press once to turn on (blue light indicates power on). Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off the machine.
• 4. Knife holder: Holds the cutting blade for material cutting.
• 5. Platen roller: Presses and moves the cutting material forward and backward.
• 6. Automatic sensing device: Sensor for automatic material detection.
• 7. Aligner: Assists in positioning the material when inserted.

3. Machine power adapter

Description of the machine's power adapter and cables.

• 9. Power cable socket: Connects to the machine's power socket (item 8).
• 10. Power adapter: Wide-band voltage input (AC110-220V), output DC24V=2.75A.
• 11. Power cable: Connects the power adapter to the machine.

IV. Basic operation of the machine

1. Initial Startup and Interface

When the machine is turned on, the SUNSHINE logo and startup screen are displayed.

The main interface includes:

• Homepage: Displays cutting counts and options.
• Setting: Access to machine settings.
• My Account: User account information.
• Total No Cut: Total number of cuts made.
• Available No. Cut: Remaining available cuts.
• Recharge: Option to add more cutting times.

The interface allows selection of cutting categories such as "Phone film", "Tablet", and "Laptops".

Machine adjustment parameters can be configured, including cutting speed, cutting pressure, and automatic paper feed settings.

A "Personal center" section is also available.

2. Knife holder mounting and adjustment

The knife holder has 10 gear positions (1-9, A). Higher numbers indicate a longer, extended knife tip, suitable for thicker materials.

The default setting is gear 5. Adjustments can be made based on material requirements. For example, if a material is not fully cut with gear 5, reduce to gear 4. If it's cut too deep, increase to gear 6.

Installation of knife holder clamping

To install or replace the knife holder:

1. Press the button to open the cover.
2. Open the lock to the right.
3. Replace the knife holder.
4. Turn the lock back to the left to secure the knife holder.

Incorrect clamping can prevent the knife from contacting the material properly, leading to incomplete cuts or wear.

3. Material placement

3-1. Automatic induction of materials

The machine features settings for cutting speed, cutting pressure, automatic paper feed, regular settings, and adding new profiles.

When using automatic paper feed, the material is placed along the automatic sensing device in the middle of the aligner. The machine will automatically push the material to the starting position for cutting.

? Note: This automatic method is not recommended for rear films.

3-2. Manually feed materials

1. Step 1: Push the material along the middle of the aligner directly to the bottom to hold the blade.
2. Step 2: Press the power button once to cut the material and proceed to the next cutting operation.

V. Software operation

1. Wi-Fi connection operation method

To connect via Wi-Fi:

1. Navigate to the parameter settings on the main screen.
2. Select "Open paper feed" and then the "Close paper feed" button. The automatic paper feed function will be enabled.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi by entering the device serial number (e.g., SS2160821172503) and logging in.

After connecting to Wi-Fi, access the homepage to select the desired cutting category (e.g., mobile phone front film, mobile phone back film, watches, headphones).

The software supports various brands like Apple, Samsung, Huawei, HONOR, OPPO, VIVO, Redmi, and MI, with specific models listed.

After selecting a brand, specific models appear. You can then select a particular model or use the search function.

The data preview interface shows vector graphics and shapes for cutting. Options like "Front Full", "with cover", "MATTE" are available.

Clicking "Send" ➡️ transmits the data to the machine. The software will indicate successful transmission, and the machine will begin cutting.

? Note: The "Print" button is intended for future DIY printing functions and is not currently active.

2. Bluetooth connection APP operation method

The "CutFilm" application can be installed on Android or iOS devices. For Android, scan the QR code or search in the app market. For iOS, search in the App Store.

Open the APP and enter the device serial number (found on the back of the machine) to log in.

The machine's Bluetooth connection status is displayed. The software will prompt to turn on Bluetooth if it's not enabled. Once enabled, search for the machine's Bluetooth and connect.

A successful connection is indicated, showing the machine and APP are paired.

The interface allows selection of various categories like "Phone film", "tablet film", "Watch", "Headset", "Camera", "Game console", "Smart speaker", "Tablet-Horizontal Screen".

After selecting a category and brand, specific phone models are displayed. You can select options like "Front", "with cover", "MATTE", or "Back" films.

Clicking "Send" ➡️ transmits the cutting data via Bluetooth. The machine then starts cutting.

VI. Operation of the machine

Before official cutting, ensure the following:

• Connect the power supply and turn it on (indicated by a blue light).
• Install the knife holder and knife.
• Pressure the material.
• Log in to the main screen system.

The machine will detect installed knives and placed materials.

1. Connect the power cable and turn on the power

Press the power switch to display the blue light, indicating the machine is powered on.

2. Go to the page for cutting

Navigate to the cutting interface from the homepage.

3. Select cutting data

Select the desired category (e.g., Phone film), brand (e.g., Apple), and specific mobile phone model.

Choose film types such as "Front", "MATTE", etc.

Click "Send" ➡️ to transmit the data. The software will confirm successful transmission, and the machine will begin cutting.

Recharge operation method of film cutting machine cutting times

To recharge cutting times:

1. Locate the recharge code on the film package label, scratch off the coating.
2. On the machine interface, enter the serial number or scan the QR code.
3. Select "Recharge" and enter the redeem code or scan the QR code.
4. The screen will show "Activable times" and "QR code status".
5. Click "Activate" ✔️ to complete the recharge.
