Handle Direction of Right-Handed Door
This section details the correct handle orientation for right-handed doors and provides instructions for adjusting the front handle direction.
Right-Handed Door Handle Direction:
The diagram illustrates the proper placement of the front and rear panels for a right-handed door. A triangular mark labeled "R" indicates the right-handed configuration.
Front Handle Direction Change Diagram:
To change the front handle direction: Loosen the screw located in the inner hole using a Phillips head screwdriver. Remove the handle, rotate it to align with the door's opening direction, then reinsert and secure the screw.
Lock Body Installation and Direction Adjustment
Instructions for adjusting the lock body's left and right orientation and installing the front panel components.
Change Left and Right Directions for Lock Body:
- Reverse the lock body, ensuring the latch bolt faces downwards.
- Lower the latch bolt limit block.
- Press the latch bolt into the lock body by hand and rotate it 180 degrees.
- Release the latch bolt; it should extend into the latch bolt hole.
Install Front Panel Square Shaft:
Installation Method: Press the square shaft pin with your finger, align it with the corresponding hole on the handle, and insert it. The pin will click into place, preventing detachment.
Install Lock Body:
Installation Method: Ensure the latch bolt is oriented upwards, matching the internal and external door directions. Install the lock body onto the door frame and secure it with screws. Align the lock head's keyhole with the front panel and fix it with screws.
Install Front Panel Components:
The front panel assembly includes:
- Rubber pad
- Rear cover
- Front panel assembly
- Screw tube
- Square shaft
- Power plug
- Front panel fixing screw
Install Lock Body (Continued):
Installation Method: Connect the power cables from the front and rear panels. Insert the square shaft into the handle's inner hole. Evenly place the rubber pad around the rear panel assembly, secure it with screws, and install the battery and battery cover.

Function and Operation
This section outlines the initialization, menu navigation, and user management procedures.
1. Initialization
Under initialization state, you can open the door using any registered fingerprint, password, or magnetic card. To restore the lock to its initial state, press the initialization key on the rear setting panel for 5 seconds.
2. Enter Menu
2.1 Initialization State: Light up the keyboard and press the "*#" key to enter the menu.
2.2 Non-Initialization State: Light up the keyboard, press the "*#" key, input the registered administrator information as prompted, and then set the menu.
Note: Press "*" to return to the previous page, and press "#" to exit and confirm.
3. Administrator Setting
3.1 Input Administrator:
Press "*#" to enter the menu. Follow the voice prompts: Select "1. Create user". You will hear confirmation, then input the administrator's password, fingerprint, or card. The administrator is assigned user number 00. Multiple fingerprints/passwords/cards can be registered under user 00.
3.2 Delete Administrator:
Press the rear setting key for 5 seconds to restore factory settings, which effectively removes administrator privileges.
4. Common User Setting
4.1 Input Common User:
Press "*#" to enter the menu. Select "1. Create user". Upon confirmation, input the common user's password, fingerprint, or card. Common users are assigned numbers starting from 01.
4.2 Delete Common User:
Press "*#" to enter the menu. Select "2. Delete user". You will be prompted to input the user number to be deleted (e.g., 01). After inputting the number, you will hear "operate successfully".
System Setting
Configure various system parameters including time, volume, verification modes, and language.
5.1 Time Setting
To set the time: Press "*#" to enter the menu, navigate to "3. System setting", then select "1. Time setting". You will be prompted to input the date (YYMMDD) and time (HHMM). Note that the time must be entered in 24-hour format.
5.2 Volume Adjustment
To adjust volume: Press "*#" to enter the menu, navigate to "3. System setting", then select "2. Volume adjustment".
5.3 Unlock Mode
A. Verification Mode:
To set the verification mode: Press "*#" to enter the menu, navigate to "3. System setting", then select "3. Verification mode". Choose between "1. Single verification unlocking" or "2. Double verification unlocking" as needed.
5.4 Language Setting
To change the language: Press "*#" to enter the menu, navigate to "3. System setting", then select "4. Language setting". Choose between "1. Chinese" or "2. English".
Pick-proof Setting
Activate or deactivate the pick-proof feature for enhanced security.
Instructions: Press shortcut key "4#" to enter the menu setting. You will be prompted to input the administrator password. Select "1. Turn on pick-proof" or "2. Turn off pick-proof" as required.
WeChat Mini Program and Network Operations
This section covers using the WeChat Mini Program for temporary passwords and network configuration.
7. WeChat Mini Program
Steps:
- Open the WeChat application.
- Scan the QR code to access the Mini Program.
- Input the administrator password.
- Input the valid time for the temporary password.
- Once generated, the temporary password can be used to open the door within its validity period.
Notes:
- The administrator's first set of credentials must be a password, not a fingerprint or card.
- The time setting must match the mobile phone's time and be in 24-hour format.
Network Operating Instructions
Steps for Network Configuration:
- Register an administrator (e.g., password: 123456789).
- On the lock's main panel, input "1#". You will hear a prompt to input the administrator password.
- Enter "123456789" for administrator authorization.
- The lock panel will automatically enter the network distribution state.
Shortcut Key Description
- 1#: Enters the network distribution state.
- 2#: Deletes network distribution.
- 3#: Activates the doorbell or requests remote unlock.
- 4#: Enters the pick-proof setting.
APP Integration: Registration, Family Setup, and Device Addition
This section guides users through the mobile application for managing the smart door lock.
Register and Log in to APP
If you do not have an APP account, you can register or log in via a verification code sent by message. Click "Create new account" to proceed to the account registration page, obtain a verification code, and set your password. If you already have an account, click "Log in" to access the APP, which supports login via password, verification code, or account.

Create Family
After registration and logging in, you can create a "family". Each account can create or join multiple families. Devices can be grouped by room within the home. It is recommended to pre-configure functions that depend on the home's location, such as weather-related settings.

Add WiFi Door Lock
To add the WiFi door lock to your app: Navigate to the "my home" option, click the "+" icon in the upper right corner, and select the WiFi door lock from the "security sensor" category. Follow the instructions in the manual and on the app once the device enters network distribution mode.

Panel First Page
The main page of the app provides access to features such as remote unlock, message member management, door opening records, and temporary password functions. To unlock the door remotely, initiate a request through the app, which will then prompt whether to open or reject the request on the door lock hardware.

Member Management

Unlock Log
Review unlock logs, listed in reverse chronological order. If unlock IDs are associated with user names, those names will be displayed directly. Otherwise, specific unlock IDs will be shown.

Temporary Password and Anti-Hijacking
Manage temporary access and enhance security with anti-hijacking features.
Temporary Password
Create and delete temporary passwords via the app. After each creation or deletion, the lock hardware requires synchronization with the server. The system supports sending messages for password creation, including both domestic and international messages, provided the owner has sufficient message credit.

Anti-hijacking Icon
When the anti-hijacking icon is activated, if an unlock action occurs while the door is locked, the system will record the event, and the app will trigger an anti-hijacking alarm.

Restore Factory Setting
Return the smart lock to its default factory configuration.
