The Honeywell Home RTH2510/RTH2410 Series Programmable Thermostat is designed for efficient and user-friendly climate control. It features a backlit display for easy reading, one-touch temperature adjustment, preset program settings, and the ability to override schedules temporarily or permanently. The thermostat also includes a built-in compressor protection feature to prevent damage to your HVAC system and an early start function to ensure your desired temperature is reached by the programmed time.

Key Features and Operation
- System Compatibility: Works with gas, oil, electric furnaces, central air conditioners, hot water systems, millivolt systems, and heat pumps (with or without auxiliary heat). Not compatible with multistage systems.
- Installation: Step-by-step instructions are provided for wiring, mounting, and setting up the thermostat. Key steps include turning off power, removing the old thermostat, labeling wires, mounting the new thermostat, connecting wires, and installing batteries.
- Programming: Allows for programming of up to four time periods per day, with different settings for weekdays and weekends. Users can adjust schedules, override settings temporarily or permanently, and utilize features like Early Start and Compressor Protection.
- Troubleshooting: Offers solutions for common issues such as a blank display or the heating/cooling system not responding.
- Warranty: Includes a 1-year limited warranty from Resideo.
