Children shall not play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision (EU). · Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. · Do not use the dock to pick up stones, paper scraps, or other objects that may block the air duct. If the air duct gets blocked, clean it immediately. · Do not use the product when the ambient temperature is higher than 40°C (104°F), lower than 4°C (39°F). · Place the dock on a flat floor away from fire, heat, and water. Avoid narrow spaces or locations where the robot may be suspended in air. · Do not place any object (including children and pets) on the dock or cover it with any item (including dust-proof cover), whether it is in operation or not. · Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes. · Do not use the dock to pick up flammable or explosive objects such as fire lighter, gasoline, and toner used in printers or copiers. 05 Safety Information Battery and Charging WARNING · Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries. · In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility. · Be sure that the supply voltage meets the requirements listed on the dock. · Only use the power cable provided with the product to prevent potential smoke, heat or fire. · Do not use the product with any type of power adapter, as this may cause danger and void the warranty. · Do not dismantle, repair or modify the battery or charging dock. · Do not wipe the charging contacts with wet cloth or wet hands. · If the power cord is damaged, stop using it immediately. It must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard. · If the dock is placed in an area susceptible to thunderstorms or with unstable voltage, take protection measures. · Use of the original packaging for transportation is advised. · Unplug the power cable before placing the dock into storage. 06 Accessories Dustbin Cover Dustbin (Disposable Dust Bag Pre-Installed) Base Power Cable Screwdriver 07 Disposable Dust Bag Product Introduction Auto-Empty Dock Dustbin Cover Dustbin Status Indicator Light · Steady white: Standby · Flashing white: Emptying · Steady red: Malfunction · Light off: Charging Robot/ Not Powered On Base Base Dock Location Beacon Charging Contacts Suction Inlet Electrode Brushes 08 Air Duct Cover Screws (10) Air Duct Cover Screwdriver Base Fastening Screws (6) Product Introduction Power Cable Storage Power Cable Storage Slot Cable Outlet Power Port Note: Power cable can be pulled out at both sides. Auto-Empty Dock (Cover Removed) Dust Bag Slot Filter Dust Bag 09 Getting Started Assembly 1. Take the screwdriver from its storage bin at the bottom of the base. 3. Connect the power cable to the dock, and keep the excess cable inside the storage slot. 2. Place dock upside down on a soft, flat surface (carpet/towel/ cloth) and attach the base by using the six screws provided. 4. Place the dock on a hard and flat floor (wood/tile/concrete etc.). Keep at least 0.5 m (1.6 ft) of clearance on either side, 1.5 m (4.9 ft) in front, and 1 m (3.3 ft) above. Check the location has good WiFi then plug it in. 1 m (3.3 ft) Note: Hold the dustbin cover securely when upside down to prevent damage from falling. 10 0.5 m (1.6 ft) 1.5 m (4.9 ft) 0.5 m (1.6 ft) Getting Started Emptying Auto-emptying will begin when the robot returns to the dock after cleaning. Press the Dock button to trigger emptying manually. Press any button to stop emptying. Routine Maintenance 1 Dust Bag Replacement * Replace as needed 1. Remove the dustbin cover vertically as shown. Dock Notes: · The status indicator light turns off automatically when the robot is charging. · Do not use without dustbin cover or dust bag. · Place the dock on a flat floor away from fire, heat, and water. Avoid narrow spaces or locations where the robot may be suspended in the air. · Placing the dock on a soft surface (carpet/mat) may cause the dock to tilt over and cause problems docking and departing. · Keep excess power cable inside the storage slot so that the robot will not get tangled in the cables, and the dock will not be dragged away or disconnect from the power supply. · Keep the dock away from direct sunlight or anything that may block the dock location beacon; otherwise, the robot may fail to return to the dock. · The Auto-Empty Dock recharges and empties. Store the standard robot dock before use. Failure to do so may cause issues returning to dock. · Maintain the dock according to the maintenance instructions. Do not clean the dock with a wet cloth. · Avoid frequent manual emptying. · Images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the product. 11 2. Lift the dust bag out of the dustbin and discard it. Note: The dust bag handle seals the bag on removal to prevent dust leakage. Routine Maintenance 3. Clean the filter with a dry cloth. 2 Air Duct * Clean as needed 1. Unscrew the screws (10) and remove the cover. 4. Install a new dust bag in place along the slot and put the dustbin cover back. 2. Wipe the air duct and cover with a dry cloth. 12 Routine Maintenance 3. Re-install the cover and screw it back in place. 3 Charging Area Cleaning * Clean as needed Clean the dock location beacon, charging contacts, and electrode brushes with a dry cloth. Conditions Possible Causes & Solutions Red LED indicator on the Auto-Empty Dock. 1. The dustbin cover is not in place. Check and correct installation. 2. The fan is not operating properly. Potentially due to overheating protection resulting from frequent starting and stopping. Unplug the power cable and try again after 30 minutes. 3. Voltage error. Check that local voltage meets the requirements listed on the dock. Reduced emptying performance or unusual noise when emptying. 1. The robot dustbin has not been replaced with the auto-empty dustbin. Use the auto-empty dustbin. 2. The plate covering the air vent has not been removed. Remove the plate. 3. The main brush or main brush cover is not properly installed. Check and correct installation. 4. The filter, air duct, suction inlet, air inlet, or dustbin is blocked. Clean to remove blockages. Auto-emptying does not start when the robot returns to the dock. 1. Auto-emptying is disabled. Check in-app settings. 2. Dustbin cover is not in place. Check and install. 3. Auto-emptying will not be triggered if the robot is moved to the dock manually. Start emptying manually. 4. Auto-emptying will not be triggered if the robot returns to the dock without cleaning. 5. The robot will not auto-empty after returning to the dock in Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. Adjust cleaning or DND duration, or start emptying manually. 6. The battery level is lower than 10%. Charge the robot until the battery reaches 10%. The robot cannot return to the dock or cannot be charged. 1. The dock is surrounded by obstacles. Clear any obstacles around it or move it to an open area as recommended in the User Manual. 2. The dock is not connected to a power supply. Make sure the power cable is securely plugged in and power is on. 3. Poor contact. Clean charging contacts. Warranty Information The warranty period depends on the laws of the country in which the product is sold, and the warranty is the responsibility of the seller. The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship. The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service centre. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted. The warranty will not apply in cases of: · Normal wear and tear. · Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories, use of force. · Damage caused by external influences. · Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions. · Partially or completely dismantled appliances. 15
