This guide provides instructions for the FYRTUR block-out roller blind, a smart wireless, battery-operated blind from IKEA.
Installation and Setup
Follow these steps to install and set up your FYRTUR roller blind:

Step 1: Battery Installation
Insert the battery into the battery compartment. The diagram shows two battery units being connected and then placed into a wall-mounted unit. A clock face indicates a time measurement, suggesting a charging or setup duration.

Step 2: Mounting the Blind
Attach the mounting brackets to the roller blind mechanism. The illustrations show how to slide and click the brackets into place on the blind's housing.

Step 3: Securing the Battery Compartment
Open the battery compartment cover, insert the battery (3V LITHIUM BATTERY), and close the cover. The diagram shows a screw being used to secure the cover, with a 'CLICK!' sound indicated upon proper closure. A crossed-out symbol indicates an incorrect method.

Step 4: Remote Control Pairing and Operation
Pair the remote control with the roller blind. The diagram shows a remote control with up and down arrows and a star symbol. The blind can be raised and lowered using the remote. The illustration also shows how to pair one remote with multiple blinds (2-4x) using the TRÅDFRI system.
