Wearing the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality, bass response, and noise cancellation, proper fit is crucial:
- Ensure the lower stem of the earbud is positioned closely along your jaw/face. The earbud should not point too far outward, as this can negatively impact sound transmission and quality.
- Rotate the earbuds slightly until they provide the best seal in your ear. This is essential for achieving the best audio experience.

Problem? Solution.
- Earbuds not connecting to phone or laptop: Charge the case and earbuds. Reconnect. If the issue persists, check if they are connected to another device. If not, perform a reset and try again.
- Earbuds do not disconnect in the charging case: This usually happens when the charging case is empty. Charge the charging case with the earbuds inside; they will disconnect once the case is charged.
- I want to hear more bass: Set the volume loud enough. Ensure device equalizers are off. Ensure a proper seal of the earbuds in your ears. The earbud stem should be closely along your cheek, not pointing outward.
- The microphone is not working properly: Verify if the issue is indeed related to the microphone. Record a short snippet and check if you hear yourself clearly. If not, clean the microphone openings with a small brush.
- I cannot hear my own voice well during phone calls: Enable transparency mode before making a call. This will amplify your own voice in your ear.
- The earbuds connection keeps dropping: Verify if the issue is caused by the device by restarting it, updating its software, and improving the internet connection. Audio interruptions can also be caused by strong external signals like buildings, stations, microwaves. As a final check, perform a reset and try again.
Question? Answer.
- What is active noise cancelling? Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) neutralizes ambient noise, reducing the perception of surrounding sounds. It primarily filters out low-frequency sounds. Test ANC in environments with predominantly high ambient noise, such as on an airplane or train.
- What is transparency mode? Transparency mode actively plays ambient sound through your earbuds. It is useful when you want to hear the sounds around you while using your in-ear earbuds.
- These earbuds have ENC mics. What is ENC? ENC stands for Environmental Noise Cancelling. It reduces the impact of environmental noise for the person you are speaking to during calls. However, ENC is not effective at filtering out hard wind noise, as microphones are sensitive to wind interference.
- What is Game Mode? Game Mode minimizes audio-visual delay, ensuring synchronization between sound and visuals. This is useful when watching videos or playing games.
- How do I ensure the best sound? Make sure the earbuds fit properly in your ears, considering the position of the earbud and using the right-sized eartips. Select the best codec in your settings > Bluetooth > DunRock Bubble > choose AAC. Opt for the highest quality in your music app. Disable any form of equalizer in your phone and music app. Also, make sure the bottom of the earbud sits close to your cheek.
