Overview
The DunRock HALO headphones are designed for a comfortable and immersive audio experience. They feature an adjustable headband for a personalized fit and a foldable design for portability.
Key components include:
- Microphone: For calls and voice commands.
- Multifunction Button (MFB): Controls power, calls, playback, and voice assistant.
- Volume Buttons (+/-): Adjust volume and control tracks.
- USB-C Port: For charging the headphones.
- Indicator Light: Provides status information (e.g., charging, pairing).
- Audio Cable Input (AUX 3.5mm): Allows for wired connection.
The headphones also incorporate an ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) button.
Power On and Connection
To power on the headphones: Press and hold the Multifunction Button (MFB) for 2 seconds until the first sound is heard. This action automatically connects the headphones to the last paired device.
For manual connection or pairing mode: Press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds until a second sound is heard. The LED indicator will blink red and white, indicating it is ready to connect to a new device.
First-time connection: Turn on the headphones by pressing the MFB for 2 seconds. Locate 'DunRock Halo' in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.
Connecting afterwards: Press the MFB for 2 seconds until the first sound. The DunRock HALO will automatically connect to the last paired device if its Bluetooth is active.
To re-enter pairing mode: Turn off the headphones by holding the MFB. Then, turn them back on by holding the MFB for 4 seconds (until the second sound) to connect to a different device.
Multipoint Connection
The DunRock HALO supports Multipoint connection, allowing simultaneous pairing with two devices, such as a smartphone and a laptop.
To set up Multipoint:
- Connect the headphones to Device A.
- Turn off the Bluetooth on Device A. The headphones will enter a reconnection state, indicated by the LED flashing red and blue.
- On Device B, find 'DunRock Halo' in the Bluetooth settings and connect.
- Turn the Bluetooth on Device A back on.
The headphones prioritize the active audio source. If music is playing on Device A and you start playback on Device B, the audio will automatically switch to Device B. Incoming calls on either device will be prioritized.
Functions and Controls
The following functions are controlled via the buttons on the headphones:
- Power On + Auto Connect: Press MFB for 2 seconds (until first sound).
- Power On + Manual Connect: Press MFB for 4 seconds (until second sound).
- Answer or End Call: Press MFB once.
- Reject Call: Hold MFB.
- Switch ANC Modes (Transparency, ANC On, ANC Off): Press the ANC button.
- Activate Adaptive ANC: Press the ANC button twice (when ANC is ON).
- Previous Track: Hold Volume- button for 1 second.
- Next Track: Hold Volume+ button for 1 second.
- Voice Assist: Press MFB 3 times.
- Play/Pause Music: Press MFB once.
- EQ Profiles: Hold the ANC button for 3 seconds to cycle through profiles: Bass, Classical, Default, Popular, DunRock, Soft.
Resetting the Headphones
To reset the DunRock HALO headphones to factory settings, press and hold the MFB button for 10 seconds. The indicator light will flash 3 times, confirming the reset.
Charging the Headphones
Connect the headphones to a USB-C charger (rated 5V 1A) using the provided cable.
Indicator Light Status:
- Charging: The indicator light will be red.
- Fully Charged: The indicator light will turn white.

Safety Precautions:
- Never disassemble or open the headphones to avoid damage or injury.
- Do not store the headphones in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
