How to pair SOUNDPEATS Air4?
1. Open the charging case lid to take out the earbuds. Remove the insulating film from the top of both earbuds. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, keeping the lid open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds until the indicator light inside flashes white. They are now in pairing mode.
2. Turn on your device's Bluetooth and select SOUNDPEATS Air4 from the list to complete pairing.
How to reset SOUNDPEATS Air4?
1. Place both earbuds into the charging case one by one. Ensure the charging case indicator light flashes white once separately.
2. With the case lid open, press and hold the charging case button. The indicator light will flash several times to disconnect from your device. Continue holding for 10 seconds until the white light flashes twice.
3. Close the case lid and remove the earbuds. They are now successfully activated. Reset complete.
Why is the Bluetooth connection unstable sometimes?
Reasons Workarounds Case 1: Using earbuds near personal computers, Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc. These devices emit radio waves that can interfere with the earbuds. Please use the earbuds away from Wi-Fi routers, personal computers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc., to avoid radio wave interference. Case 2: Using the Bluetooth device in a pocket, bag, or with the body obstructing the signal. The human body is a significant source of signal blocking. Place the Bluetooth device in a pocket or bag where there are no obstacles between the device and the earbuds (like the human body) for better Bluetooth communication. Case 3: Using earbuds close to other Bluetooth devices. Turn off the Bluetooth function of other Bluetooth devices. Case 4: Using the device away from the earbuds, such as in a different room. Bluetooth communication weakens with distance. Keep the Bluetooth earbuds as close to the Bluetooth player as possible. Case 5: Many applications running simultaneously while using Bluetooth. Quit unnecessary applications to reduce the device's load. What can I do if the earbuds stopped connecting to my device?

What can I do if the earbuds connect to my phone, but not my Mac-book/computer?
- Unpair the earbuds from your phone. They will lose Bluetooth connection and enter pairing mode.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case to reset.
- Open Bluetooth on your Mac-book/computer to connect.
- If the issue persists, update your computer's Bluetooth driver. Drivers must be obtained from your computer manufacturer's website. Restart your system after installation.
How to connect the earbuds with two devices at the same time?
SOUNDPEATS Air4 can pair with two devices simultaneously.
- Turn on both earbuds and connect to Device A.
- Disconnect Device A; the earbuds will enter pairing mode.
- Connect to Device B.
- Manually connect Device A again.
After the initial manual connection of two devices, they will connect automatically on subsequent attempts.

Why does the volume of the earbuds reduce after a period of time?
- The sound hole may be blocked by foreign objects. Clean the earbuds regularly to prevent dust or secretions from blocking them.
- Try other devices to see if the problem persists.
What can I do if one earbud is quieter than the other?
- Try different songs or videos, as sound effects can be unstable with certain media.
- Try other devices. You can unpair and delete the earbuds from your original device, then pair them to a new device and play music.

If your phone does not support aptX Lossless, it will not display the aptX Lossless option when using the earbuds.

What should I do if the charging case won't charge?
Try using another known working charging cable to charge the case for over 10 hours via your computer. Remove both earbuds from the case while charging. Earbuds are low-power products; for charging safety, use a regular charger head in good status.
What can I do if an earbud stopped charging?
When placing earbuds into the charging case one by one, the case light should flash white. If there is no light flash, clean the charging connectors with a microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol. Adjust the earbuds to ensure the light flashes when reinserted. Charge the earbuds for 2 hours.

Why are the earbuds still connecting to my phone after placing them back and closing the case lid?

What can I do if the touch controls do not work always?
Touch the middle of the control zone. Ensure your hands are dry, as moisture can affect touch response. Try skipping songs multiple times to find the optimal touch frequency. If the earbuds seem unresponsive, try discharging, recharging, and resetting them.

How to register an account?
- Enter your email address and set a password (use a combination of letters and numbers, avoid special characters like #, @, %).
- Click "get verification code".
- Enter the code received via email.
- Finish registration. Logging in via Facebook, Apple ID, or WeChat is also acceptable.
Fail to receive the verification code?
- Ensure your phone has a stable network connection and try sending the code again in about 5 minutes.
- Check your spam or junk inbox.
- Try registering with a different email address.
- Uninstall and reinstall the SOUNDPEATS APP, then restart your device to register again.
- Manually type your email address instead of using auto-fill. Pay attention to the format of English letters and any spaces before or after the email address.
- Turn off anti-virus or data encryption software temporarily if issues persist.
What can I do if the earbuds won't connect to the APP?
- Ensure your SOUNDPEATS APP is updated to the latest version. Check the version in the "about" section via the menu icon (three bars) in the upper left corner.
- Verify the earbud Bluetooth name is the default "SOUNDPEATS Air4". If changed, revert to the original name and restart your phone. Changing the default name may cause connection issues with the APP.
- If connection still fails, follow these steps:
- Turn off the APP completely (close background processes).
- Unpair the earbuds from your phone and turn off phone Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds.
- Restart your phone and reconnect the earbuds after reset (ensure SOUNDPEATS APP is off during this step).
- Re-open the APP to search and connect to the earbuds.
Precautions during APP upgrade process:
- Maintain a distance of at least 0.5 meters between the earbuds and mobile phone during the upgrade.
- Ensure the earbuds are turned on.
- Do not disconnect, play music, or answer phone calls.
- Do not close or minimize the upgrade page.
- Ensure your phone has a stable network connection.
