Q2: How to charge the charging case?
- Connect the charging case to a Type-C charger. Ensure the current does not exceed 1A.
- If the earphones remain idle for an extended period, charge them at least every three months to prevent battery damage.
Q3: Why are the earphones still connected to the phone when they are put back into the charging case and the case lid is closed?
- Check if the charging case has battery power. If the battery is depleted, the earphones will not disconnect from the device when the case is closed.
- Ensure the earphones are correctly placed in the charging case and that the charging metal sheet and PIN contacts are clean. Wiping the contact points on the earphones and the charging case should resolve this issue.
