About Connected CD Players/Disc Changers:
KENWOOD Disc Changers/CD Players released in 1998 or later can be connected to this unit. Consult the catalog or your KENWOOD dealer for information on compatible Disc Changers/CD Players. KENWOOD Disc Changers/CD Players released in 1997 or earlier, and Disc Changers from other manufacturers, cannot be connected. Unsupported connections may lead to damage. For applicable KENWOOD Disc Changers/CD Players, set the ON-OFF switch to the "N" position. Usable functions and displayable information may vary depending on the connected model. Incorrect connection of the car radio and CD changer may cause malfunctions or defects.
Laser Lens Fogging:
In cold weather, the CD player's laser lens may fog up after the car heater is turned on. In this case, a CD cannot be played. Remove the CD from the unit and wait for the fog to clear. If the CD player does not function correctly after 1-2 hours, contact your KENWOOD dealer.
Note on Battery Disposal:
Used batteries must not be disposed of with household waste according to battery regulations. KENWOOD participates in the "Common Battery Return System" (GRS Batteries). Dispose of used batteries free of charge in the collection containers provided by retailers. You can also find collection containers for used batteries at your dealer. Batteries permanently installed in devices are also subject to these legal regulations.
