Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- (1) Why the Monitor Without Display or Flash?
- This may be due to a power shortage. Please power the monitor with the AC adaptor.
- (2) Why the Monitor Turn off After a Boot Screen?
- This is because the monitor has not obtained a valid source. Please check if the HDMI or Type-C cable is connected properly, ensure that the device connected to the monitor is running normally, and check if you have chosen the correct input source on the OSD, or set it to Auto status. The monitor automatically hibernates when there is no device connected to it.
- (3) Why there's no display after a Type-C connector is connected?
- Make sure your model is on the list of supported mobile phones and that your device's Type-C port is a full-featured Type-C port. If it only has charging functionality, it is not available for video transfer.
- (4) What is a full-featured Type-C device?
- A full-featured Type-C interface can transmit video, audio, and touch signals simultaneously, enabling a "one-wire pass-through" connection to the monitor. An ordinary Type-C interface that only provides power cannot achieve this.
- (5) Why can't the Speakers Make a Sound?
- Check whether the display is set to mute or if the volume is set to "0". Then, check the device's volume settings.
- (6) Power LED is not ON
- Press the button to check if the monitor is in the ON mode. Check if the Type-C port is connected to the signal source. Check if the signal source is ON.
- (7) The Power LED Light is Blue and There is no Screen Image
- Check if the monitor and the computer are in the ON mode. Make sure the USB Type-C cable is properly connected between the portable USB monitor and the computer. Inspect the signal cable and ensure none of the pins are bent. Connect the computer to another available monitor to check if the computer is properly working.
- (8) Screen Image is too Light or Dark
- Adjust the brightness settings via the button.
- (9) Screen Image Bounces or a Wave Pattern is Present in the Image
- Make sure the USB Type-C cable is properly connected between the portable USB monitor and the computer. Move electrical devices that may cause electrical interference.
- (10) Screen Image has Color Defects (White Does not Look White)
- Inspect the USB Type-C cable and ensure that none of the pins are bent.
- (11) The Monitor Automatically Turns off
- The monitor automatically turns off when the supplied power is insufficient. Please check if the device powering the monitor has enough power. Please check if the source of the signal has entered sleep mode. The monitor automatically turns off after the signal source has slept for more than 15 seconds to save power consumption.
