ClimateMaster Tranquility® (SD) Console Series
The ClimateMaster Tranquility® (SD) Console Series offers a high-efficiency Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP) ductless solution, ideal for spaces requiring individual and quiet control of heating and cooling. This series is particularly well-suited for areas with limited ceiling height and space. The Tranquility SD units exceed ASHRAE 90.1 efficiency standards and utilize R-454B refrigerant, which has a low Global Warming Potential (GWP), making it an environmentally friendly choice for space conditioning.

- All sizes from 09 (3½ ton, 2.64 kW) to 18 (1½ ton, 5.3 kW) exceed ASHRAE 90.1 efficiencies.
- High-efficiency rotary compressors.
- Galvanized steel cabinet with durable Polar Ice or Bright White powder coat finish.
- Slope top with an aluminum rigid bar supply air grille.
- TXV metering device.
- Microprocessor controls with 8 standard safeties.
- Right or left-hand piping arrangement (field-convertible).
- Front or bottom return air configuration.
- Unit Performance Sentinel™ performance monitoring system.
- Communicating CXM2 controls for reduced start-up, commissioning, and service time, including remote access and diagnosis.
Configurable Options
- Unit sub-base available in black or Bright White matte finish, with or without a fresh air motorized damper.
- UltraQuiet sound attenuation package.
- Refrigerant Detection System (RDS) available for all sizes.
- BACnet, Modbus, and Johnson Controls N2 compatibility options for Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Unit integrated power disconnect.
- High efficiency Constant Torque (CT) EC motors (standard on size 18).
- Extended range insulation for geothermal applications.
- vFlow® unit-integrated modulating water valve for maximum water-flow control.
- 115/60/1 voltage option, with or without a 20 AMP plug and cord.
