Three Installation Styles of Self-Checkout Kiosk
The Self-Checkout Kiosk offers three primary installation styles to suit different environments:
- Single screen desktop: A compact unit designed for countertop placement.
- Dual screen desktop: Features two screens for enhanced customer and operator interaction, suitable for countertops.
- Wall-mounted: A space-saving option designed to be securely attached to a wall.
Quick Setting
Follow these steps to enable the smart commercial device, the Self-Checkout Kiosk:
After turning on the main power supply, the screen will illuminate. You will then enter the first boot interface and can operate according to the on-screen instructions. There are two types of internet modes available:
LAN setting
After correctly plugging in the network cable, click "Setting" and then "Wired Network" to choose "Enable". An access password is required for an encrypted network connection. For IP address configuration, you have two options: automatically obtain an IP address or manually enter one.
Wi-Fi setting
Click "Setting" and then "WLAN" to enter the WLAN search interface. Wait for the available WLAN hotspots to be listed. Click the desired WLAN to connect. An access password is required for an encrypted network connection.
How to Download/Use App
The Self-Checkout Kiosk is applicable for cashier environments in various industries, such as convenience stores, department stores, catering, self-service ticketing, and livelihood services. Please turn on the Kiosk and search for and download relevant Apps from the App market on the Internet.

Brief Introduction of Self-Checkout Kiosk
This section details the components of the Self-Checkout Kiosk, based on the Dual screen desktop configuration.
Front View Components:
- Receipt printer: Used to print receipts.
- Indicator light: Indicates different statuses of the kiosk.
- 3D camera with structured light: Used for Face-ID verification and payment.
- Main screen: For customer usage.
- Power button: Controls the power state of the device.
- USB interface: For connecting devices such as cash boxes, keyboards, and scanners.
- Trumpet: Built-in speaker.
- Code scanner: Supports scanning commodity barcodes and payment QR codes.
- NFC or RF (optional): Used for NFC payment or RF quick pass functionality.
- Base plate: Provides stability for the kiosk.
Rear View Components:
- 4G SIM card (optional): For cellular network connectivity.
- Power button: Controls the power state of the device.
- USB interface: For connecting external devices.
- Secondary screen (optional): For salesperson usage.
- Hidden line cover: Conceals cable connections.
- Ports: Includes Power supply, Cash drawer interface (outputs a 120ms electric pulse, does not continuously supply power; only supports 24V/1A cash drawers), LAN, USB, Serial port, and Headphone jack.
Installation Steps for Thermal Paper Roll
Installation Steps of 58mm Thermal Paper Roll
- Open paper storage cover: Pull the printer cover outwards; it will pop open automatically.
- Load print paper roll: Place the 58mm thermal sensitive paper roll inside and pull a section of the paper out through the printer exit.
Installation Steps of 80mm Thermal Paper Roll
- Open paper storage cover: Pull the printer cover outwards; it will pop open automatically.
- Remove the front stop of the paper roll: Push back the two buckles at the bottom and lift the stop upwards.
- Remove Paper roll separator: Pull out the two paper roll separators.
- Load the front stop of the paper roll: Put it down into the slot and push it backwards.
- Load print paper roll: Place the 80mm thermal sensitive paper roll inside and pull a section of the paper out through the printer exit.
Print Paper Misoperation and Troubleshooting
Print Paper Misoperation Warnings:
- Do not skew the paper.
- Do not let the printer cover hold the paper when closing.
- Do not pull the paper too long, which may cause it to fold.
- Do not put loose paper into the paper bin.
- Please note the correct orientation of the paper when loading.
Troubleshooting for Cutter Issue:
- First, open the cutter cover and remove it.
- Turn the cutter knob downwards until the cutter is released.
Installation Steps of Wall-mounted
- Arranging electrical outlets: Arrange 86-size three-hole power supply and network port sockets according to the provided dimensions (1057mm width x 280mm height, with specific cutout dimensions of 15mm x 15mm and 17mm x 15mm).
- Installing wall screws: According to the dimensions, punch 3 holes in the wall ($8 imes 80$mm). Insert plastic expansion tubes and install 3 M5 screws, leaving approximately 3mm length exposed.
- Installing the wall mount bracket: Use 4pcs M4 screws to fix the wall mount bracket to the host.
- Installing the retainer plate: Use 2pcs M6 screws to fix the retainer plate to the host.
- Patch cables: Pass the power cable and network cable through the opening of the host and plug them in.
- Fixed host: Hang the host onto the 2pcs M5 screws installed on the wall and tighten them securely.
Common Troubleshooting

System is stuck | Long press the power button for 11 seconds to force shutdown; short press to restart. |

Printer does not work | Please make sure the cover is closed correctly; Please double-check if there is a paper jam. |
Print content is blank | Please check if the paper roll is installed in the wrong direction; Please check if using the 80mm paper roll. |
Blurred print | Please check whether the thermal head is dirty; if so, wipe with anhydrous alcohol. Please replace the thermal paper with guaranteed quality to avoid unclear printing caused by paper quality. |

Points for Attention
Safety Warning
- Please plug the AC plug into the AC socket corresponding to the identification input on the power adapter of the accessory.
- It is strictly forbidden to use it at a site with the existence of any potential explosive gas.
- Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
- This is professional equipment, so no-professionals are not allowed to open the internal module at will, to avoid danger.
- This is an A-grade product. In the living environment, this product may cause radio interference. In this case, the user maybe required to apply feasible measures against the interference.
Points for attention about the power supply
- Please unplug the plug from the power supply AC socket to completely disconnect the power supply connection of the device.
- The power supply socket should be installed near the device, and be easy to contact.
Important Safety Instructions
- Avoid installation or use during thunder & lightning periods to prevent electrical shock.
- If you discover unusual odor, overheat, or smog, cut off the power supply immediately!
- The paper knife is relatively sharp; please do not touch it.
Suggestions
- Do not use it near water or in humid environments to prevent liquid from dropping into the terminal.
- Do not use it in extreme cold or hot environments (e.g., near ignition sources or lighted cigarettes).
- Do not drop, throw, or bend it.
- Try to use it in a clean and dust-free environment to prevent small items from dropping into the terminal.
- Do not use it near medical devices when not allowed.
