Product Overview

This guide provides instructions for setting up your LinknLink Smart Home Bridge. The device connects your home devices to your Wi-Fi network, enabling smart home control.

The LinknLink Smart Home Bridge is designed to work with various LinknLink products including eRemote HA, eHome HA, eMotion Pro, and eMotion Ultra.

Getting Started

Step 1: Device Setup Mode

Instructions: Ensure the device LED is flashing intermittently (quickly flashes 4 times then pauses once). If not, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until the device resets.

Step 2: Prepare Setup

Instructions: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. In the LinknLink app, navigate to '+' > 'Add Device' > 'Add a New Device' and select the product. Ensure the device, phone, and router are kept closer together during this process.

App Interface Description: The app's 'My home' screen displays options to 'Add device', 'Add scene', 'Add to service', and a prominent '+ Add device' button. Below these are categories like 'Remote Controls', 'Smart Services', and 'NFC Devices'.

Step 3: Set Up Device

Instructions: Select a Wi-Fi network for the device and enter the correct password to proceed. The device LED will turn off upon successful connection. Then, assign the device to a room and give it a name.

Wi-Fi Connection Screen Description: The app presents a 'Connect to Wi-Fi network' screen. Users can 'Choose Wi-Fi' (including an option for 'Use hidden Wi-Fi'), select their network from a dropdown list, enter the password, and tap 'Connect now'.

Step 4: Download LinknLink App

Instructions: Scan the QR code to download and install the LinknLink App, or search for it on the App Store or Google Play.

Step 5: Create Account

Instructions: Choose a server and sign up for an account using your email address. Confirm your location to ensure accurate timezone and weather information.
