Building a Fixture

Step 1: Ordering the Strip

To order the LED strip, consult the strip cutsheet and select "MATCH" for the ILLUMINATED LENGTH (in). The available specifications include:

The strip will be fitted into an extrusion, with the strip length being slightly shorter than the extrusion to accommodate endcaps.

Step 2: Ordering the Extrusion

Consult the EXTRUSION cutsheet and choose a non-encapsulated lens (Clear, Frosted, Polar, or Diffused). The ordering code includes:

Lumen Multiplier

The Lumen Multiplier is used to calculate the effective lumen output based on the chosen extrusion finish and lens type. The formula is: Bare LED Lumens x Extrusion Finish/Lens Value.

Example: WD24/6.0 at 3000K x TORQ Extrusion in Satin with FR Lens = 527 lm/ft x 0.74 = 389.98 lm/ft.
