Q1: Which app do I need to download to connect my camera to my phone?

You can download the iSmart DV2 app from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The WiFi app allows you to control your camera remotely from your smartphone.

Q2: How to connect the phone to the camera?

1. Download the iSmart DV2 application to your phone from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
2. Press the "▲" button on the side of the sports camera. The camera will turn on the WiFi function, and the link information of the camera's WiFi will appear on the screen.
3. Find the camera WiFi on your phone and connect to it. After connection, open iSmart DV2 on your phone to use the camera, transfer files, and perform other operations.

Underwater Use and Remote Control

Q3: I want to use the action camera underwater, what do I need to prepare before using it?

When using the camera underwater for the first time, it is recommended to test the waterproof performance of the GA200 waterproof case. Every time you use it, ensure the waterproof strip is sealed correctly by pressing it firmly. If the waterproof case is defective or the camera is damaged by water, contact Wolfang support immediately for assistance.

Q4: Is the remote control waterproof? Can it be used underwater?

The remote control is not waterproof and cannot be used underwater. If the remote control accidentally gets wet during use, please dry it as soon as possible.

Memory Card and Formatting

Q5: Why can't the memory card be recognized and used after inserting it into the camera?

You must format the memory card in the camera before you can use it normally. If you have further questions, Wolfang can provide advice on how to do this.

Q6: How to format memory card with GA200 action camera?

1. Insert the SD card to be formatted when the camera is off.
2. Turn on the camera, navigate to system settings (gear icon ⚙️), and find the "Format" function. If you see a prompt like "SD card not inserted", please ignore it.
3. Select "Yes" in the "Format" function and click to confirm. The camera screen will display "TF card is formatting!".
4. After formatting is complete, the camera will prompt: "TF card formatting is complete!". This indicates the SD card has been successfully formatted.

PS: If the notification does not appear, it may mean the current SD card has other issues, such as low speed or not meeting the camera's recognition conditions. In this case, try using a different SD card.

Video Quality and Screen Issues

Q7: Why does the video quality look bad?

The GA200 has specific requirements for the SD card. Please ensure you are using a good quality U3 Micro SD card with a capacity between 16-128GB. If the SD card is not qualified or its speed is too slow, it can affect the image quality. You can forward sample photos to Wolfang for review.

Q8: I don't know how to activate the front screen.

Long press the down button to activate the front screen. Note that both screens cannot operate simultaneously. When the front screen is activated, the main screen will automatically turn off, and vice versa.
