Operation Procedures
1. Measuring Water
The amount of water required depends on the number of eggs and the desired degree of hardness/softness. Fill the measuring cup with water according to the table below (for reference; adjustments can be made based on experience). Ensure the egg boiler is placed in a horizontal position. Pour the measured amount of water onto the heating plate.
Eggs | Degree of cooking | Water volume | Time |
---|---|---|---|

1 | Medium | 20 ml | 6 min. |
1 | Well done | 45 ml | 14 min. |

2. Preparing for Eggs
Using the egg piercer, prick a small aperture into the big end of the eggs. The piercing pin is very sharp; use with extreme caution. This prevents the eggshells bursting during boiling. Place the egg tray above and put the eggs into their positions with the small end facing downwards. Close the cover.
3. Boiling Eggs
Put the plug into the socket. Press the ON/OFF switch. The appliance starts to boil, and the indicator light turns on. When all water has evaporated, the built-in thermostat switches off the boiler automatically. Eggs are now cooked. Pull out the plug from the socket. As it is very hot, carefully take out the cover by its handles and let the eggs cool.
