Getting Started

Charging the Case

Plug the small connector of the USB charging cable into the charging port at the back of the case. Plug the large connector into a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port or 5V USB wall adapter). The charging LED at the back of the case flashes RED while charging and turns SOLID RED when fully charged.

Charging the Earbuds

Ensure the case is charged. Place the earbuds in their correct ports in the case. They will automatically begin charging. Earbud LED indicators are RED while charging and turn WHITE when fully charged. A tone will be heard from the earbuds when low power requires charging.

Powering ON/OFF

Earbuds automatically power ON when removed from the case. They automatically power OFF when placed back into the case. Earbuds can also be powered ON/OFF by pressing and holding the Multi buttons (approx. 5 seconds). When powered ON, earbuds automatically pair with each other and may reconnect to the last paired device if it's within range (33 ft) and Bluetooth is enabled. Earbuds automatically power OFF after 2 minutes if they have not paired to a Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power the earbuds ON. Both LED indicators will flash WHITE.
2. A voice will indicate when earbuds have paired to each other. The main earbud LED flashes WHITE, the secondary flashes WHITE slowly.
3. On your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "BSTWS43".
4. Upon successful pairing, a tone is heard, and the LED indicator flashes WHITE every 5 seconds.

Operation

Playing Music

Playback controlled via paired device or earbud controls.

• 1x press Multi button: Pause/Resume playback.
• 2x press LEFT Multi button: Skip to next track.
• 2x press RIGHT Multi button: Skip to previous track.
• 3x press LEFT Multi button: Decrease volume.
• 3x press RIGHT Multi button: Increase volume.

Phone Calls

• 1x press Multi button: Answer/End incoming call.
• Press and hold (approx. 1.5s) Multi button: Reject incoming call.

Activating Voice Assistant

Press and hold (approx. 2s) either Multi button to activate your device's voice assistant.

Storage & Maintenance

Store earbuds in the charging case in a safe, dry location away from water, light, heat, and dust. An airtight box or bag is recommended. If earbuds or case are dirty, wipe with a clean microfiber cloth. Do not use water or cleaning liquids/detergents.

Limited Warranty to Original Consumer

Product (including accessories) supplied by an authorized retailer is warranted by Southern Telecom, Inc. to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days.

Product Repair/Replacement

Product will be repaired or replaced, at Southern Telecom's option, for the same or similar model of equal value if found defective by the service center. Products received damaged from shipping require filing a claim with the carrier.

Warranty Service Not Provided

Warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation/operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modifications (including software modifications). Warranty is voided if any unauthorized person opens, alters, or repairs the product. Products returned for repair must be suitably packaged.
