The update addresses a condition where the radio application may crash frequently or display an "Uneven Road Ahead" warning message. Following the outlined procedure will resolve these issues.

Notice: Servicing IONIQ 5 (NE1) vehicles requires IONIQ certified Hyundai dealerships.
Software Update Procedure
The update can be performed using a USB drive or by downloading the software via the Hyundai update website. Key steps include:
- Ensure the vehicle battery is sufficiently charged.
- Turn the ignition switch to 'ON'.
- Navigate to 'Setup' > 'General' in the AVN system.
- Check the current software version and compare it with the versions listed in the bulletin.
- If an update is required, insert the USB drive or proceed with the download.
- Follow on-screen prompts to install the software.
- Confirm the updated software version.

Important Notes
- Do not remove the USB drive or turn off the ignition during the update process.
- The update may take approximately 25 minutes.
