Network Connection
To access the internet, you must subscribe to a high-speed broadband internet service from your internet service provider.
Wired Connection
Requirements: An Ethernet cable, a router or modem with an available Ethernet port, and a high-speed internet connection. An Ethernet (LAN) port is located on the back of the TV.
Procedure: Connect the Ethernet cable to the router and to the Ethernet port on the back of the TV. Use the Network Settings menu to configure the TV.
Wireless Connection
Requirements: A router broadcasting a high-speed wireless signal, a high-speed internet connection, and the TV set with a Wi-Fi Module (or compatible wireless USB adapter).
Procedure: Use the Network menu to configure the TV. Some models may have an internal wireless module, making an external USB adapter unnecessary. Note that some external wireless adapters may not be compatible with the TV.

Troubleshooting
Most problems encountered with your TV can be resolved by consulting the following list:
- No picture, no sound: Check fuse/breaker, outlet, power plug contact, and signal source.
- No color: Adjust color system, saturation, or try another channel.
- Remote control does not work: Check/replace batteries, ensure correct installation, verify main power connection.
- No picture, normal sound: Adjust brightness and contrast; check for broadcasting issues.
- Normal picture, no sound: Increase volume, check mute status, change sound system, or check for broadcasting issues.
- Unorderly ripples on picture: Usually caused by local interference (e.g., cars, hair dryers). Adjust antenna to minimize interference.
- Blank screen in VGA mode: The PC's resolution may not be recognized. Change the PC resolution to a compatible setting.
- Snowy dots and interference: If the antenna is in a weak signal area, adjust antenna position/orientation, check connections, fine-tune channel, or try another channel. Consider a special antenna for weak signals.
- Ignition interference (black spots, horizontal streaks): Caused by interference from ignition systems, neon lamps, electric drills, or other electrical appliances.
- Ghosting: Caused by signal reflection from buildings or objects. Changing the antenna direction or position may improve reception.
- Radio frequency interference (moving ripples, diagonal streaks): Identify and remove the source of radio interference.
- TV crashed: Press the power button to turn off and then on again to reset. Alternatively, unplug the power cord, then press the power button to reset. If issues persist, contact after-sales service.
