Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach the feet (2x Part 150689) to the underside of the bottom panel.
Step 2
Insert dowels (e.g., 100092) into the designated holes on the side panels. Connect one side panel to the bottom panel.
Step 3
Insert dowels into the second side panel. Connect it to the bottom panel and the first side panel.
Step 4
Attach the top panel using cam lock mechanisms and dowels. This typically involves inserting cam lock screws and then turning cam locks to secure the connection (e.g., 6x Part 10061178 and associated cam lock parts).
Step 5
Insert shelf supports (e.g., 6x Part 10100254, 10100255, 10100256, 10107020) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the unit. Place the shelves onto these supports.
Step 6
Attach the back panel support (1x Part 10077982) to the rear of the unit using screws (e.g., 4x Part 100092).
Step 7
Slide the back panels into the grooves provided on the rear edges of the unit.
Step 8
Secure the back panels in place using screws (e.g., 6x Part 151708).
Step 9
Attach the door hinges (e.g., 3x Part 10093081, 3x Part 10093082) to the doors and the corresponding mounting points on the unit frame.
Step 10
Mount the doors onto the unit by connecting the hinges.
Step 11
Attach the door handles (e.g., 6x Part 151707, 6x Part 151708) to the doors.
Step 12
Attach the anti-tip hardware to the top rear of the unit. This typically involves a bracket (Part 150688) and a screw (Part 147968).
Step 13
Secure the unit to the wall using the anti-tip hardware. Follow the instructions for your wall type:
- For solid walls (A): Drill a Ø 8 mm hole, insert a wall plug (Part 121714), and screw in the bracket.
- For hollow walls (B): Drill a Ø 8 mm hole, insert a wall plug (Part 121714), and screw in the bracket.
- For solid wood (C): Drill a Ø 3 mm hole and screw in the bracket directly without a plug.
If uncertain, seek professional advice.
Step 14
Ensure the unit is stable and correctly positioned before proceeding with wall attachment.
Step 15
Check that the unit is level.
Step 16
Secure the unit to the wall using the anti-tip bracket and screws, ensuring it is firmly attached.
Step 17
Perform a final check of all connections and the overall stability of the unit.
