1. Buyer Recommendations

• Unpack the device carefully. Ensure no accessories are missing from the box. Check the device for damage. If damaged during transportation, contact the delivery firm. If the product functions incorrectly, contact the dealer immediately.
• Verify the package contents and the presence of the warranty card.
• Do not switch on the speaker system immediately after bringing it into a room from a cold environment. After unpacking, allow the speaker system to acclimatize to room temperature for at least 4 hours.
• Before installing and using the speaker system, read this Manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

3. Safety Precautions

• Do not open the Multimedia Speaker System (MSS) or attempt repairs yourself. Service and repairs should be performed by qualified specialists in an authorized service center. A list of authorized service centers is available at www.real-el.com.
• Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the MSS.
• Protect the MSS from high humidity, water, and dust.
• Protect the MSS from heat: do not place it near heat sources or expose it to direct sunlight.
• Do not place open flame sources on or near the MSS.
• Do not use chemical cleaning agents. Clean only with a dry, soft cloth.
• If the MSS is not working properly, disconnect the power cable. Contact the place of purchase or a service center.

4. Technical Description

The REAL-EL S-2030 Multimedia Speaker System (MSS) is designed for playing music, sound games, movies, and more. It allows connection to any audio source without an additional power amplifier. The MSS features a built-in Bluetooth module and a USB flash drive player.

Control Panels

The control panel on the speaker unit includes the following:

• ① Power ON/OFF: Controls the power state of the system.
• ② INPUT: Selects the input signal or operating mode.
• ③ MENU: Accesses tone control settings.
• ④ VOL+: Increases the volume.
• ⑤ VOL-: Decreases the volume.
• ⑥ ►►►: Skips to the next track (in Player and Bluetooth modes).
• ⑦ ◄◄: Skips to the previous track (in Player and Bluetooth modes).
• ⑧ ►II: Plays or pauses the current track.
• ⑨ USB: Port for connecting a USB flash device.

Remote Control

The remote control provides access to various functions:

• ⑪ REPEAT: Press once to repeat the current track; press twice to repeat all tracks in sequence.

5. Connection and Operation

Connection

1. Install the provided mounting feet for better speaker stability.
2. Connect the passive speaker to the active speaker using the speaker cable to connector ⑤.
3. Connect the speaker system to a 230V / 50Hz power supply using the built-in power cord.
4. For a wired connection to a signal source, first connect the signal source, then turn on the speaker system using the power switch.

The rear panel connections include:

• ① OPTICAL INPUT
• ② COAXIAL INPUT
• ③ AC INPUT: Power supply cord connection.
• ④ AUDIO INPUT: 2 RCA connectors for audio sources.
• ⑤ RIGHT OUTPUT: Connection jack for the passive speaker.
• ⑥ ON/OFF: Power switch.

Bluetooth Mode

• Switch the unit to Bluetooth mode by pressing the Input button on the control panel or remote control until "bt" appears. The device will enter search mode.
• On your audio source device (phone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth search mode. Select "REAL-EL S-2030" from the list of available devices to establish a connection. If the Bluetooth version of your source device is below 2.0, you may need to enter the password "0000".

Player Mode

• Insert a USB flash drive into the corresponding USB port. The audio track will play automatically.
• In playback mode, briefly press the "◄◄" or "►►►" button to select the desired tracks.
• Press the "►II" button to play or pause the music.

Note:

The USB connector is intended solely for USB flash memory sticks. Do not use this connector to charge other devices, as this may damage the speaker system. It is recommended to use USB flash drives or memory cards smaller than 8 GB for faster data reading. For SD cards, using cards larger than 512 MB is recommended. Ensure the "OFF/ON" Power button is turned off when the system is not in use for extended periods.

Karaoke Mode

To use the karaoke function, connect a microphone to the microphone jack and adjust the volume. The karaoke module activates automatically with sound sources. Use a dynamic microphone with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) plug.
