Buyer Recommendations

Unpack the device carefully. Ensure no accessories are missing from the box. Check the device for any damage that may have occurred during transportation. If damaged, contact the delivery firm. If the product functions incorrectly, contact the dealer immediately. Verify the package contents and the warranty card. Do not switch on the speaker system immediately after bringing it from a cold environment into a warm room. Allow the speaker system to acclimatize to room temperature for at least 4 hours after unpacking. Read this manual carefully before installing and using the speaker system, and keep it for future reference.

Safety Precautions

Do not attempt to open the portable speaker system (PSS) or perform repairs yourself. Service and repairs should only be carried out by qualified specialists at authorized service centers. The list of authorized service centers is available at www.real-el.com. Ensure no foreign objects enter the PSS openings. Protect the PSS from high humidity, water, and dust. Protect the PSS from heat sources: do not place it closer than 1 meter from a heat source, and do not expose it to direct sunlight. Do not use chemical cleaning agents; clean the device with a dry, soft cloth only. If the PSS does not work properly, please contact the place of purchase or a service center.

Control Panel

The control panel features the following ports and buttons:

• [USB Power Bank Output] (Port 1): For power bank function only. Do not plug in USB flash drives.
• [DC 5V Charging Input] (Port 2): For charging the device.
• [AUX Input] (Port 3): 3.5 mm mini-jack for audio signal connecting (e.g., phone, MP3 player).
• [Micro SD Card Slot] (Port 4): For Micro SD cards.
• [Reset Button] (Port 5): Press with a small round pin to reset to factory settings.
• [Volume Decrease / Previous Track] (Button 6): Short press to decrease volume; long press to select the previous track.
• [Volume Increase / Next Track] (Button 7): Short press to increase volume; long press to select the next track.
• [Backlight ON/OFF] (Button 8): Toggles the backlight.
• [Battery Indicator] (Indicator 9): Displays the battery status.
• [Play/Pause / Voice Assistant / Call Control] (Button 10): Press to play/pause music; long press to activate voice assistant; short press to answer/reject calls.
• [EQ Sound Effect Mode] (Button 11): Cycles through sound effect modes.

Connection and Operation

Charging the battery

Before operation, fully recharge the battery. The charger is not included. Charge this device with a DC 5V universal charger with an output current of 2A. Insert the charging cable into the charging port, connect the other end to the charger, and the charging indicator will activate. It is not recommended to leave the device connected to the charger for extended periods after it is fully charged. Do not charge the speaker at low ambient temperatures; the minimum charge temperature is at least 10 °C.

Bluetooth Mode

Switch on the device using the [Power ON/OFF] button. The device will enter search mode. On your audio source (mobile phone, tablet, etc.), select Bluetooth device search mode. The display will show "REAL-EL X-747". Establish a connection. After a successful connection, the loudspeaker will emit a signal.

TWS Bluetooth Connection

Turn on two identical REAL-EL X-747 systems and activate Bluetooth mode on both. On one system, press the [TWS Connect] button; the unit will switch to TWS mode. A sound will indicate when two systems are successfully connected. Connect a Bluetooth audio source to listen. To exit TWS mode, press the [TWS Connect] button again.

Activating Voice Assistant

Make a Bluetooth connection with your mobile phone. Long-press the [Play/Pause] button to activate the voice assistant. The availability and name of the voice assistant depend on your mobile device's operating system.

Hand-free Call

While connected via Bluetooth, if there is an incoming call, short-press the [Play/Pause] button to accept the call or long-press it to reject the call. During a call, long-press the [Play/Pause] button to switch to talking on the phone. Short-press the [Play/Pause] button or use your mobile phone to end the call.

Reset

If the speaker does not turn off or respond, use a small round pin to short-press the Reset jack to reset the speaker.

Playback Mode

Insert an SD card into the corresponding slot; the audio track will play automatically. In playback mode, press the [Previous Track] or [Next Track] buttons to select desired tracks. Press the [Play/Pause] button to play or pause. Note: During Bluetooth playback mode, if you insert an SD card, Bluetooth will be turned off, and playback will switch to USB.

AUX Mode

For compatible music devices, use the supplied 3.5 mm mini-jack audio cable. Connect the cable to the AUX input of the speaker and to any audio source with a 3.5 mm mini-jack. The screen will display "LINE" automatically. Note: Ensure the power button is set to "OFF / ON" if the system is not used for a long time.
