Functions

The earbuds and charging case have the following functions:

  • 1 MFB Button: Multi-function button for controls.
  • 2 Mic: Microphone for calls.
  • 3 Earbud Charging Contact: Connects the earbud to the charging case.
  • 4 Charging Case LED Light: Indicates charging status.
  • 5 USB-C Port: For charging the case.

Pairing a New Device

To pair your earbuds:

  1. Remove the earbuds from the case.
  2. Place them back into the case.
  3. Remove them again; they will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode (indicated by flashing orange and white LEDs).
  4. You will hear a voice prompt: "Pairing Mode".
  5. On your device's Bluetooth list, select "MAX TUNE OUT" to connect.
  6. You will hear a prompt: "Connected".

Note: Your Bluetooth device will auto-connect for future use.

TUNE OUT Controls

Solo Mode

You can use either earbud separately. To turn off one earbud, place it back into the charging case. The other earbud will remain on and continue playing music.

  1. This product is not a toy; adult supervision is required for children.
  2. Do not expose to fire or high temperatures, as it may cause explosion.
  3. Do not burn or bury batteries.
  4. Do not puncture or crush.
  5. Do not use while driving, cycling, or operating machinery. Be aware of local laws regarding music playback while driving.
  6. Avoid prolonged use at high volumes to prevent hearing damage.
  7. Minimize volume before connecting to a playback device to avoid sudden loud sounds.
  8. Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the product.
  9. Disconnect from the charger before cleaning to prevent fire or shock hazards.
  10. In case of battery liquid leakage, do not touch with bare hands. If liquid gets into eyes, flush with clean water and consult a doctor. If liquid contacts skin or clothing, clean with water and consult a doctor if necessary.
  11. Refer to the user guide and use provided accessories.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Maxell warrants this product to be free from defects for 90 days from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage from accident, abnormal use, misuse, or neglect. It applies only to personal, individual use, not commercial or institutional use. Defective items will be replaced free of charge upon reasonable confirmation of defect, when returned with proof of purchase to an authorized Maxell dealer or Maxell Warranty Replacement, 3 Garret Mountain Plaza, Suite 300, Woodland Park, New Jersey 07424. Maxell and its authorized dealers are not liable for consequential damages, unless otherwise provided by law.
