Important - Read Before Installing

Warning: Installation must only be performed by a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN in accordance with local wiring regulations.

Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury or death.

• Senoa devices must only be connected with the Active and Neutral from the same RCD.
• Surge protection is recommended at the main switchboard. Products damaged by power surges are not covered by warranty.
• Megger testing may lead to low readings due to electronic components. Disconnect all electronic devices before taking a Megger reading. Install the included warning sticker with circuit detail in the main electrical switchboard.

AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK.

Using the Multi Dimmer Switch

Light Dimmer:

• Press to turn on/off.
• Press and hold to dim.
• Double press for full brightness.
• Triple press for timed fade to off.

Factory Reset: Press the reset button (located behind the fascia) until the indicator flashes blue to restore factory settings. The indicator will turn blue when ready to pair.

Device Components: The switch features a glass fascia, the switch itself, screw mounting holes, screw caps to cover the mounting screws, and a MAC ID (unique product serial number) located behind the fascia.

Compatible Loads

Note: Do not connect non-dimmable loads to the dimmer channels.

2 Button (SENMDS2)

System Rating: 230V~ 50Hz, MAX 10A TOTAL.

4 Button (SENMDS4)

System Rating: 230V~ 50Hz, MAX 10A TOTAL.

6 Button (SENMDS6)

System Rating: 230V~ 50Hz, MAX 10A TOTAL.

Behaviour Link: 2 spare buttons are available for Behaviour Link functionality on all models.

Connect the Wiring

2 Button Model Wiring:

Connect the LINE wire to the LINE terminal. Connect the ACTIVE wire to the ACTIVE terminal. Connect the NEUTRAL wire to the NEUTRAL terminal.

4 & 6 Button Models Wiring:

Connect the LINE wire to the LINE terminal. Connect the ACTIVE wire to the ACTIVE terminal. Connect the NEUTRAL wire to the NEUTRAL terminal. The switches and dimmers have dedicated terminals for loads.

Multi-way Switching with Behaviour Link

The 'Behaviour Link' feature simplifies multi-way switching. Any button without a connected load can be linked to a button with a load using the Zimi app. You can create new links or modify existing ones via the app.

Note: The SENOA Multi Dimmer Switch should not be wired with any other type of switches.

Pair and Setup with Zimi

Download the Zimi App: Point your phone camera at the QR code to open the app store, or search for 'Zimi' on the App Store or Google Play.

Add Device: Open the Zimi App, select 'Add Device', and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Smart Home Integration: The SENOA Multi Dimmer Switch is compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice control.

Zimi Cloud Connect: For the full Zimi experience, ensure your devices are connected to the internet via the Zimi Cloud Connect (internet connection required).

Status Indicator Meanings

• Blue: Ready to pair. 'Add device' in Zimi to pair and complete setup.
• White: Setup is complete. Device paired and setup completed.
• White pulsing: Action in progress. Indicates an automatic function is being activated.
• Blue & White pulsing: Identify device. Shows the device when updating its settings.
• Red: Device problem. Refer to support to resolve the issue.
• Off: The status indicator can be turned off and on in settings.

Zimi Ltd provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original purchaser, covering defects in workmanship and parts under normal use. Zimi Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by accidents, power surges, incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. For service, return the product to the place of purchase.

• All electrical work must be performed after disconnecting power (removing fuses or turning off the circuit breaker).
• Work must be carried out by a licensed and qualified electrician according to AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules and local regulations.
• This product is not intended for for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised.
• Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the unit.
• Do not cut or notch joists, beams, or rafters to install the unit. Avoid damaging hidden electrical wiring or utilities.
• Install the product so controls cannot be touched by a person in a bath or shower.
• Do not install where water will splash onto the product.
• Check and confirm all connections are proper and secure.
• For indoor use only; do not install outdoors where exposed to water or moisture.
