Getting Started
This guide outlines the essential steps for using the HP SitePrint Floor Level service:
- Update Firmware: Ensure your HP SitePrint robot is updated to the latest compatible firmware (e.g., VP4.0.1).
- Upload CAD Data: Transfer your project's CAD files to the SitePrint Cloud.
Activating Floor Level Service
Enable the "Floor analysis ON" option within the SitePrint Cloud to activate the service for your project.
Control Panel Features
The SitePrint Control Panel provides tools for managing floor level data:
- Edit Tab: Customize the visualization of floor level data. Adjust reference plane options (Relative, Average, Low, High, Absolute, CAD file), data range, increments, tolerance, and decimal rounding.
- Print Tab: Configure and print floor deviation labels directly onto the slab, including tag position, offset, and size.
- Report Tab: Download floor level data as a CSV file for further analysis and custom documentation.
Key Visualization Settings
Configure how elevation data is displayed:
- Reference Plane Options: Choose how elevations are measured (Relative, Average, Low, High, Absolute, CAD file).
- Data Range: Set the minimum and maximum elevations to display, either automatically or manually.
- Increments: Control the intervals used in histograms.
- Tolerance: Define acceptable deviations, with options to highlight or hide values outside the tolerance.
- Units: Select between Metric and Imperial units for display and reporting.
