Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Hoover H-FREE 300 cordless vacuum cleaner:
- Step 1: Identify the main body of the vacuum cleaner.
- Step 2: Attach the handle to the main body. You will hear a '[Click]' sound when it is securely in place.
- Step 3: Attach the dust container assembly to the main body. This also secures with a '[Click]'.
- Step 4: Connect the floor head attachment to the bottom of the main unit.
- Step 5: The vacuum cleaner is now assembled.
Charging the Battery
To charge the battery:
- Place the vacuum cleaner on its charging base or connect the charger directly.
- The battery indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 5 hours.
- A full battery is indicated by 100% charge.
Operating the Vacuum Cleaner
To operate the vacuum cleaner:
- Press the power button to turn the vacuum '[ON]' or '[OFF]'.
- Mode Selection:
- Standard Mode: Press the power button once for standard suction power.
- Turbo Mode: Press the power button again to engage Turbo mode for increased suction.
- Auto Mode: (If applicable to your model) The vacuum may automatically adjust suction power based on floor type.
- Battery Status: The display shows the remaining battery level, from 5% to 100%. When the battery is below 5%, it is recommended to charge it.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance:
- Dustbin Emptying:
- Press the release button to detach the dust container.
- Open the dustbin and empty the contents into a waste receptacle.
- Filter Cleaning:
- Remove the filter from the dust container.
- Clean the filter according to instructions (e.g., wash with water, allow to dry completely).
- Using Attachments: The vacuum comes with various attachments for different cleaning tasks, such as crevice tools (long, narrow nozzle) and brush tools (with bristles). Refer to the diagrams for specific usage.
