Assembly Steps
Step 1
Install the pulleys T1 (x2) and T2 (x1) to parts B and C respectively. Connect them using S bolts (x4) ? with tool Y1 ?. Pay attention to the direction: the semicircle iron on part B should face outwards.
Diagram shows pulleys T1 and T2 being attached to parts B and C. Part B has a pocket on the outer surface. Arrows ➡️ indicate the direction of attachment. Note that the semicircle iron faces left on both parts.
Step 2
Place K spacers (x4) on L parts (leg parts). Find the 4 holes on the sides of parts B and C. Install the 4 L parts (with K spacers) onto B and C respectively. Part B requires 2 L parts, and Part C requires 2 L parts.
Diagram shows K spacers being placed on L parts, then L parts being attached to B and C. Magnified views ? show the connection points.
Step 3
Align the holes first, then tighten the bolts. Install the corresponding screws (R x4, T x6) ? onto parts B and C.
Diagram shows screws R and T being inserted into parts B and C. Multiple views illustrate the screw placement and tightening.
Step 4
Install part F to part C, tightening with Q spacers (x10) and P nuts (x10) ?. Then, place part A onto this assembly. Finally, attach part B to part A using Q spacers (x10) and Y2 tool ?, then tighten all bolts ?. Flip the assembly to the positive side.
Diagram shows F attached to C, then A placed on top, then B attached to A. Numbered steps ①-④ illustrate the sequence. The final image shows the assembled chair frame.
Step 5
Align part E with part G using the 4 holes. Connect them using S1 bolts (x4) ? and Q spacers (x4) with tool Y1 ?. Pay attention to the direction as shown in the figure.
Diagram shows E being attached to G with S1 bolts and Q spacers. Arrows ➡️ indicate the alignment and connection points.
Step 6
First, assemble the mechanism parts H-R (right) and H-L (left) into the shape shown in figures 1-3, then form the final shape as in figure 4. Then, assemble the 3 holes of HR and HL parts with part G. Connect them using S bolts (x6) ? and Q spacers (x6) with tool Y1 ?. Note the left and right directions.
Diagrams show the step-by-step assembly of the H-R/H-L mechanism, followed by its attachment to part G using S bolts and Q spacers.
Step 7
Install the two pulleys T1 (x1) and T2 (x1) to the two sides of part G. Align the holes and use S bolts (x4) ? and tool Y1 ? to combine them. Note that the semicircle iron faces the floor.
Diagram shows T1 and T2 pulleys attached to G, with S bolts. Arrows ➡️ indicate attachment points. Notes highlight the orientation of the semicircle iron.
Step 8
Turn the entire pedal part over. Install parts HR and HL onto the D cushion. Connect them using S bolts (x6) ? and Q spacers (x6) with tool Y1 ?.
Diagram shows the pedal part flipped. HR and HL are shown being attached to the D cushion using S bolts and Q spacers.
Step 9
Find the corresponding holes in part G. Install 4 J parts (legs) with screws facing inward. Use S bolts (x8) ? and Q spacers (x8) with tool Y1 ?.
Diagram shows J parts (legs) being attached to G. Arrows ➡️ indicate the placement of legs and bolts.
Step 10
After installing the bottom pulleys, buckle the bottom pad, and pull the rope to make two pads together. If you need to retract the bottom PAD, pull up the rope and then slide it down to retract. To convert to a bed: take out the two legs from the back first, then lift the back all the way upwards until the last click is heard (which unlocks the mechanism), and carefully return it to a flat position. The legs hide inside the zipper.
Diagrams illustrate the operation of the bottom pad retraction and the conversion process to a bed. It shows how to lift the backrest and the final flat bed position. A callout indicates that legs are stored inside a zipper.
