Troubleshooting
Cannot control the TV with the remote control:
- Check the remote control sensor on the product.
- Ensure there are no obstacles between the product and the remote control.
- Check if batteries are working and properly installed.
No image display and no sound:
- Check if the product is turned on.
- Check if the power cord is connected to a wall outlet.
- Test the wall outlet by connecting other products.
The TV turns off suddenly:
- Check power control settings and ensure power supply is not interrupted.
- Check if the auto-off function is activated in time-related settings.
- If there is no signal for 15 minutes while the TV is on, it will turn off automatically.
When connecting to the PC (HDMI), no signal is detected:
- Turn the TV off/on using the remote control.
- Reconnect the HDMI cable.
- Restart the PC with the TV on.
Abnormal Display:
- If the product feels cold, a slight "flicker" upon turning on is normal.
- The panel contains millions of pixels; tiny black or brightly colored dots (red, blue, green) at a size of 1 ppm do not indicate a malfunction and do not affect performance. This is common in similar products and not subject to exchange or refund.
- Brightness and color may vary depending on viewing position (left/right/top/down) due to panel characteristics; this is not a product malfunction.
- Displaying a still image for a prolonged period may cause image sticking. Avoid displaying fixed images for extended durations.
Generated Sound:
- "Cracking" noise: Occurs due to plastic thermal contraction from temperature and humidity, common for products requiring thermal deformation.
- Electrical circuit humming/panel buzzing: A low-level noise from high-speed switching circuits supplying current. This sound varies by product and does not affect performance or reliability.
