Setup and Operation

  1. Place the product on a flat floor.
  2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding port on the foot massager. (Diagram Description: A power cord is shown connecting to a port on the side of the foot massager.)
  3. Plug the home adapter into an electrical outlet. The adapter is safe to use with both 110-120V and 220-240V.
  4. Turn on the massage device using the operating control panel.

Important Notes:

  • This device will switch off automatically after 15 minutes.
  • Do not set up or use the device in a bathroom or similarly wet/damp areas.
  • Before plugging in, please check and ensure the power cord is undamaged.
  • Do not use a wet hand to plug in the adapter.
  • Do not use the product while standing or place any heavy object on it to avoid damage.
  • Do not stand or sit on the product.
  • When moving the product, do not pull the power cord or drag the product directly to avoid damage.
  • Keep children and pets away from the product to prevent accidents.
  • Do not use a wet hand to pull out the power cord to avoid electric shock.

  • Do not allow more than one person to use this product at a time.
  • The device should never be left unattended when plugged in.
  • Never use power sources other than the UL standard home adapter provided with this massage device.
  • Any repairs must only be carried out by authorized expert staff. Improper use and unauthorized repairs are not permitted for safety reasons and will void the warranty.
  • Avoid contact of the device with water, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.
  • Do not damage, process, excessively bend, pull hard, twist, or knot the power cord.
  • Do not use any damaged cables, plugs, or loose sockets.
  • Do not use the product when the power cord is damaged.
  • In case of malfunction, disconnect immediately from the mains.
  • Misuse or incorrect use excludes any liability for damage.
  • Do not use while you sleep.
  • To avoid excessively stimulating muscles and nerves, the recommended massage time should not exceed 15 minutes at a time.
  • Do not use this product for medical treatment.
  • People who are insensitive to heat must be accompanied by a normal person when using this massage device.
  • During use, if you feel any abnormality, stop using this product immediately and consult your doctor.

Controller Instructions

Please choose a chair with your desired height and be seated. Then, place your feet on the product. Operate the control panel below to get foot massages.

Control Panel Functions:

  • Power Button:
    • 1st Press: Turns on the massager; the indicator turns Yellow. The massager activates the auto mode.
    • 2nd Press: Changes massage mode to shiatsu rotate clockwise; indicator turns Green.
    • 3rd Press: Changes massage mode to shiatsu rotate counterclockwise; indicator turns Red.
    • 4th Press: Turns off the massager.
  • Speed Button:
    • Press to set the speed at Low, Medium, or High level.
    • Low: Indicator turns Green.
    • Medium: Indicator turns Yellow.
    • High: Indicator turns Red.
  • Heat Button:
    • Press to activate the Heat function; the indicator light turns Red.
    • Press again to turn off the Heat.

After Use:

  • Turn off the power button on the control panel.
  • Remove the plug from the power supply socket.

Caution:

  • Please do not put water or other liquid on the control panel.
  • Please do not press the buttons for too long at a time to avoid program confusion.
  • If power failure occurs during massage, please turn off the power and pull out the plug from the socket.
  • Do not let your hand or fingers get close to or inserted into the gaps of the product to prevent injuries.
  • Do not let children and pets play with the product to prevent accidents.

Cleaning & Maintenance Instructions

  • Before cleaning, ensure the power supply is turned off and the plug has been pulled out from the socket.
  • It is forbidden to dip the whole product in water or other liquid when cleaning.
  • Use a soft cloth to wipe the surface of the product and control panel.
  • Use a piece of cloth dipped with cleaning agents to wipe the main unit of the Foot Massager, then use a dry, soft cloth to wipe it.
  • Do not pull the power plug with damp hands.
  • Do not use water washing products; do not spray water or other liquids into the interior of the product.
  • Do not use corrosive cleaning agents like benzene or thinner, as this may cause the upholstery color to fade or the Foot Massager to crack or erode.
  • Do not iron the upholstery.
  • If the product becomes wet, let it dry naturally and thoroughly.

Removable & Washable Cover:

  • Detach the cover and wash it in a machine or by hand. Allow it to air dry.

Maintenance:

  • Ensure the power supply is turned off and the plug has been pulled out from the socket.
  • Sweep off dust. Keep the foot massager clean and away from damp places.
  • Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
  • Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects that might cut or puncture the cover of the massager.

Troubleshooting Guide

There is a clattering noise in the movementThis is perfectly normal, caused by the working of the product. It is a normal status.
The massage device switches off suddenlyThe device may have been in use for 15 minutes. The auto-shut-off function has activated. Continue using by pressing the 'power' button after resting the unit for 15 minutes. Check if the device has been used for more than 15 minutes. If so, let the device rest for 15 minutes before continuing. The device may require longer time to cool in warmer environments.
The massage device fails to startCheck if the adapter is plugged into the socket. Check if the adapter output is connected to the device power inlet.
