Operating the Massager

  1. Attach the massager to a chair with elastic straps or place it on another support.
  2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the cushion.
  3. Plug the home adapter into an electric outlet.
  4. Turn on the device using the controller (see page 19 for instructions).
  5. When finished, place the controller in the pouch at the side of the cushion.
  6. Use the detachable intensity control flap for the back to choose a softer or more intense massage.
  7. Use the detachable cover for the neck to choose a softer or more intense massage.

The controller allows you to manage all functions of the massager.

Miscellaneous

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Do not wash in a washing machine or immerse the product or adapter in water.
  2. Always switch off before cleaning and remove the adapter from the socket with clean, dry hands.
  3. Wipe the massager with a slightly moist cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals.
  4. The neck cover is detachable and washable.
  5. Do not overstretch the elastic back straps.
  6. Keep away from heat, fire, or direct sunlight.
  7. Do not apply excessive pressure or impact onto the massager/massage heads. Applying force over 110 lbs. may damage the massager and void the warranty. Refrain from over usage.
  8. Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
  9. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects.

Disposal

[disposal symbol] This product must not be disposed of with domestic waste. Users must hand in all electrical or electronic devices at a municipal or commercial collection point for environmentally acceptable disposal. Consult your municipal authority or dealer for information.

Warranty Information

Warranty Terms

SNAILAX warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, unless otherwise noted. Products can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period or returned for refund within 90 days if they break down during proper use. This warranty extends only to consumers, not retailers or resellers. Warranty claims expire 12 months from purchase, unless extended warranty is registered. It does not cover replaced or refurbished products.

Warranty Claim Procedures

  1. Customer must provide valid proof of purchase, pictures/description of the defect, and model/serial number to Customer Support.
  2. If the claim is justified, Snailax will provide a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA Number).
  3. Snailax reserves the right to specify return location for inspection or inspection by a representative.
  4. Claims for defective merchandise must be packed in original packaging.
  5. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded upon delivery. Snailax is responsible for transit damage/loss when returning items with an RMA# and prepaid label.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Order numbers from Snailax official store (www.snailax.com) or authorized resellers (Amazon/eBay/Walmart). For products from other channels, contact the channel's customer service.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not include: normal wear and tear; conditions from non-residential use, rental, contract, or commercial use; improper maintenance or care; damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, shipping, environmental exposure, improper operation/installation/electrical supply, transportation damage, theft, vandalism; damage from unauthorized attachments/modifications; failure to show proof of purchase; lost or stolen products; expired warranty items; quality-related issues after 30 days; free products/gifts; unauthorized repairs/modifications; replaced/refurbished products; buyer's remorse after 30 days.
