Power Supply Safety

Operating the Massager
- Attach the massager to a chair with elastic straps or place it on another support.
- Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the cushion.
- Plug the home adapter into an electric outlet.
- Turn on the device using the controller (see page 19 for instructions).
- When finished, place the controller in the pouch at the side of the cushion.
- Use the detachable intensity control flap for the back to choose a softer or more intense massage.
- Use the detachable cover for the neck to choose a softer or more intense massage.
Notes on Shiatsu Intensity and Reach
- If the Shiatsu is too strong:
- Install the flap onto the cushion for a softer massage.
- Place a blanket or towel between you and the massager for a far softer massage intensity if it still feels too strong after installing the flap.
- If the shiatsu cannot reach your neck, shoulder, or lower back area:
- To massage these areas, adjust your sitting height by placing a seat cushion or pillow on the sitting part.

Important Usage Notes
- The device automatically switches off after a 15-minute timer.
- Remove the adapter from the outlet when not in use.
- Do not set up or use the massager in a bathroom or similarly wet/damp areas.
- Allow your body rest periods. To avoid straining muscles, do not exceed a continuous massage of 15 minutes per session and no more than 3 times per day.
Controller Instructions
The controller allows you to manage all functions of the massager.
- Vibration Button: Press to turn on seat vibration. Cycle through High, Medium, Low, or Off settings.
- Air Seat Button: Press to turn on or off air massage on the seat.
- Spot Button: Press to keep shiatsu function in one area. Use arrow buttons to adjust shiatsu nodes position up or down.
- Air Intensity Button: Press to set air massage intensity at Low, Medium, or High level.
- Neck Shiatsu Button: Press to turn on Shiatsu neck massage. Press again to shift rotation direction. Press once more to turn off. Use arrow buttons to adjust shiatsu nodes position up or down.
- Air Back Button: Press to turn on or off air massage on the back.
- Shiatsu Area Button: Select Full, Upper, or Lower back to designate the area covered by the shiatsu massage.
- Back Heat Button: Press to turn on or off heat. Heat can only be activated if the back shiatsu function is turned on.
- Power Button: Press to turn on or off the massager.
- Auto Button: Provides a quick demonstration of different functions. The LED lights blink to indicate active functions. The device will automatically turn off upon completion.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Do not wash in a washing machine or immerse the product or adapter in water.
- Always switch off before cleaning and remove the adapter from the socket with clean, dry hands.
- Wipe the massager with a slightly moist cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals.
- The neck cover is detachable and washable.
- Do not overstretch the elastic back straps.
- Keep away from heat, fire, or direct sunlight.
- Do not apply excessive pressure or impact onto the massager/massage heads. Applying force over 110 lbs. may damage the massager and void the warranty. Refrain from over usage.
- Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
- Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects.

Warranty Information
Warranty Terms
SNAILAX warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date, unless otherwise noted. Products can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period or returned for refund within 90 days if they break down during proper use. This warranty extends only to consumers, not retailers or resellers. Warranty claims expire 12 months from purchase, unless extended warranty is registered. It does not cover replaced or refurbished products.

- If the claim is justified, Snailax will provide a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA Number).
- Snailax reserves the right to specify return location for inspection or inspection by a representative.
- Claims for defective merchandise must be packed in original packaging.
- Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded upon delivery. Snailax is responsible for transit damage/loss when returning items with an RMA# and prepaid label.
