Operation
- Wiring: Perform wiring according to the connection diagram. Ensure correct connections to Live (L), Neutral (N), Switch 1 (S1), Switch 2 (S2), Load 1 (L1), and Load 2 (L2) terminals.
- System Communication: This ZigBee device is a wireless receiver that communicates with ZigBee compatible systems via wireless radio signals.
Zigbee Network Pairing through Coordinator or Hub
- Preparation: If the device is already added to a Zigbee network, remove it first. Refer to the 'Factory Reset Manually' section.
- Add Device: On your ZigBee Controller or hub interface, select to add a lighting device and enter pairing mode as instructed by the controller.
- Power Cycle: Reset the device's power to enter network pairing mode. The connected light will flash twice slowly. This mode has a 15-second timeout; repeat the step if necessary.
- Confirmation: The connected light will blink 5 times and then stay solid on, indicating successful pairing. The device will appear in your controller's menu for control.
TouchLink to a Zigbee Remote
- Proximity: Bring the Zigbee remote or touch panel within 10cm of the lighting device.
- Touchlink Commissioning: Set the remote or touch panel into Touchlink commissioning mode. Refer to the remote's manual for specific instructions.
- Initiation:
- Method 1: Short press the 'Reset' button 4 times (or power cycle the device 4 times) to start Touchlink commissioning immediately. This mode has a 180-second timeout. Repeat if necessary.
- Method 2: Reset the device's power. If not added to a network, Touchlink commissioning starts after 15 seconds (165-second timeout). If already added, it starts immediately (180-second timeout). Repeat if timeout occurs.
- Confirmation: The remote will indicate a successful link, and the connected light will flash twice.
Note on TouchLink:
- Direct TouchLink (both devices not added to a ZigBee network): Each device can link with 1 remote.
- TouchLink after both are added to a ZigBee network: Each device can link with a maximum of 30 remotes.
- For control via both gateway and remote, add both to the network first, then perform TouchLink.
- After TouchLink, the device can be controlled by the linked remotes.
Removed from a Zigbee Network through Coordinator or Hub Interface
Using your ZigBee controller or hub interface, select the option to delete or reset the lighting device as instructed. The connected light will blink 3 times to confirm successful removal.
Factory Reset Manually
Note: If the device is already at factory default settings, there may be no visual indication upon factory reset. All configuration parameters will be reset.
- Reset Method: Short press the 'Reset' key continuously for 5 times, or reset the device's power continuously for 5 times if the 'Reset' key is not accessible.
- Confirmation: The connected light will blink 3 times to indicate a successful reset.
Factory Reset through a Zigbee Remote (Touch Reset)
Note: Ensure the device is added to a network, and the remote is either on the same network or not added to any network.
- Proximity: Bring the Zigbee remote or touch panel within 10cm of the lighting device.
- Touch Reset Procedure: Initiate the Touch Reset procedure on the remote or touch panel. Refer to the corresponding manual for instructions.
- Initiation: Short press the 'Reset' button 4 times to start the TouchLink commissioning process, which has a 180-second timeout. Repeat if necessary.
