Power Options

The mediahub2 offers flexible power solutions. If your unit includes a power socket, consult the separate safety and usage instructions for that specific model before use or installation.

For units equipped with a power delivery module:

• USB-C Port: Supports up to 65W Power Delivery with the following specifications: 5V 3A, 9V 2A, 12V 3A, 15V 3A, 20V 3.25A.
• USB-A Port: Supports up to 18W Quick Charge with the following specifications: 5V 3A, 9V 2A, 12V 1.5A.
• When both USB-C and USB-A ports are used simultaneously, each port independently provides 5V 3A.

Mounting Options

The mediahub2 is ready for use in its free-standing configuration. Additionally, three semi-permanent mounting options are available:

• On Wall Mount: Securely attach the mediahub2 to a wall.
• Under Desk Mount: Mount the unit discreetly beneath a desk surface.
• On Table Mount: Position the mediahub2 on a table surface using a clamp.

Module Insertion

Your mediahub2 features user-configurable media slots. If no specific media ports are needed, blank covers are provided. To install blank covers:

1. Remove the card insert from the housing interior.
2. Insert each blank cover individually into the available slots.
3. Press firmly on each cover until it clicks securely into place. ✔️

For assembling individual cables and covers, follow the guides provided with those accessories.

Cable Connections

The mediahub2 supports various cable connections for flexible integration.

Female to Male Connection

Available for USB-C, USB-A, HDMI, and CAT cables. Lengths range from 0.50m to 3.00m.

Female to Female Connection

Available for USB-A, HDMI, and CAT cables. Lengths range from 0.30m to 0.50m.

mediahub2 – Dock (M2 Dock)

If your mediahub2 is equipped with the docking module, it is ready for immediate connection to your devices. This simplifies your workspace with single-cable connectivity.

Rear View

The rear side is designed for permanently connected devices such as monitors, USB dongles, and cameras. It features the following ports:

• ? Ethernet (GIGABIT): For wired network connections.
• ? USB-A Downstream: Standard USB-A ports for peripheral devices.
• ⚡ 5 Gbps: A high-speed data transfer port.
• ? HDMI 2.1: Supports video output up to 8K resolution.
• ? HDMI 2.0: Supports video output up to 4K resolution.
• ⚡ PD 100W: USB-C port for Power Delivery up to 100W.
• ? USB-C Power: Dedicated port for power input.

Important: Please connect all peripherals before connecting the USB-C PSU (sold separately).

Front View

For ease of use, the front of the docking module features two ports:

• ? USB-C Upstream: Connect your laptop here for data and power.
• ? USB-C Downstream (SuperSpeed): A convenient port for connecting headphones, USB sticks, or charging mobile phones.
