Find a Clear View of Sky and Check for Obstructions
Your Starlink needs an unobstructed view of the sky to maintain a stable connection with satellites. Objects like tree branches, poles, or roofs can interfere with the signal, causing service interruptions.
Obstruction Guidelines:
- Ensure a clear view within a 110° cone, with a 20° elevation from the horizon.
[Clear view symbol] Indicates a suitable location.

If a clear view cannot be found at ground level, consider elevated mounting options such as a roof, pole, or wall. Additional mounts and accessories are available for purchase on the Starlink Shop.
