Conformity with Directives

The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the following Directives:

Notified Body Assessment

The object of the declaration described above has been assessed by the Notified Body TUV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH with identification number 0197 against the essential requirements in Clause 3.2 of 2014/53/EU, and the Type Examination Certificate Number RT 60167125 0001, RT 60173251 0001 was issued.

Supplementary Information

The object of this declaration has been tested and found to comply with the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) limits for a Class B digital device pursuant to the listed directives, regulations and standards. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a residential or business environment. Optional devices, such as radios, conform to the noted standard when the Dell Inc. provided devices are installed in the product. The equipment was tested in a typical configuration.
