Product Installation

To power the MTS150, 2 AA batteries are required.

A Meross hub is necessary for proper operation.

Temperature is displayed in Celsius (°C).

The Meross device operates within a temperature range of 5°C-35°C.

Step 1: Unscrew the Radiator Thermostat

Unscrew the existing radiator thermostat. Ensure no water leaks during this process.

Diagram illustrates unscrewing a radiator valve.

Step 2: Install Batteries and Initialize

Install 2 x 1.5V AA batteries. Wait a few seconds for "--" to appear on the screen (indicated as (1) in the diagram). Press the "O" button and wait a few seconds. The screen will then display states (2-6).

Diagrams show battery installation and various screen states: (1) initial screen with "--", followed by screens (2) through (6) showing different configurations or states.

Step 3: Mount the Meross Device

If your radiator valve connector is M30 x 1.5, screw the Meross device directly onto the radiator. You can adjust the angle so the screen faces your preferred direction. Hold the product and screw the nut until it is securely tightened.

Diagram shows an M30 x 1.5 connector and illustrates screwing the Meross device onto the radiator, then tightening the nut.

Step 4: Install Adapters (If Necessary)

For valves listed below, first install the appropriate adapter according to the illustration. Then, screw the Meross product onto the adapter as described in Step 3.

Step 5: Final Check and Battery Indicator

Press the "O" button; the pin will detect both probe ends. Note that the screen will turn off during motor operation to save battery; this is not a product defect. If the screen displays "E", it means the batteries need to be replaced.

Diagram shows the letter "E" displayed on the device screen, indicating low battery.

Step 6: Readiness for Configuration

When the screen displays the information shown below, the device is ready for configuration. If this information does not appear, reinsert the batteries and start again from Step 1.

Diagram shows the device screen indicating readiness for configuration, typically displaying the current temperature and Wi-Fi status.

Note: If you cannot pair the thermostatic valve with the Smart Hub, try again. Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset the valve and start again from Step 1.
