TPOne-B Electronic Programmable Room Thermostat
This document provides installation instructions and specifications for the TPOne-B Electronic Programmable Room Thermostat.
Note: This product should only be installed by a qualified electrician or competent heating installer and should be in accordance with local wiring regulations.
Thermostat Positioning
The thermostat should be positioned in a room where it can accurately measure the average room temperature. Avoid placing it near heat sources, drafts, or direct sunlight.

Wiring
Diagrams illustrating the wiring connections for various inputs:
- Remote sensor inputs: For connecting external room or limit sensors.
- Window switch contact: For connecting a window switch to detect open windows.
Mounting
Instructions for mounting the thermostat:
- Use a screwdriver to release the front cover.
- Separate the front and back casings.
- Ensure correct wiring connections are made.
- Attach the back casing to the wall.
- Connect the wires to the terminals.
- Clip the front casing back onto the back casing.
User Interface
The TPOne-B features a user-friendly interface with a display and navigation buttons.
Display
The display shows the current time, day, room temperature, and status icons.
- Status Icons: Indicate various states such as button lock, low battery, and heat calling.
- Dates & Warnings: Displays dates and warning messages.
Navigation
The navigation buttons (up, down, left, right, OK, Back) allow users to navigate through menus and settings.
- Comfort modes: Home, Away, Asleep, Standby.
- Menu: Access to various settings and options.
- OK: Select/Confirm.
- Back: Return to the previous menu.
Setup Wizard
The setup wizard guides users through the initial configuration of the thermostat.
- Language: Select the desired language.
- Set Date: Set the current date.
- Set Time: Set the current time.
Once the setup is complete, the thermostat will display 'READY'.
Set Temperatures
Users can set different temperature schedules for various periods of the day.
- Home Period 1, 2, 3: Define temperature settings for different times of the day.
- Schedule - Heating: Save the heating schedule.
Setup Schedule
Users can program a heating schedule based on days of the week.
- Access the 'Schedule' menu.
- Select 'Heating'.
- Choose the days for the schedule (e.g., Mon, Tues, etc.).
- Confirm the settings.
User Menu
The user menu provides access to various settings:
- Click & Save: Save settings.
- Heating Mode: Select heating mode.
- Schedule: Access scheduling options.
- Temperatures: Adjust temperature settings.
- Holiday: Set holiday mode.
User Settings
Users can customize various settings:
- Set Date, Set Time: Configure date and time.
- Button Click: Enable/disable button click sound.
- Backlight: Adjust backlight settings.
- Temperature Scale: Choose temperature units (°C or °F).
- Language: Select the display language.
- User Reset: Reset the thermostat to factory settings.
- Information: View product information.
Installer Settings
These settings are intended for professional installers:
- Control Type: Select the type of heating system control.
- Start-up Method: Configure the heating system start-up procedure.
- Pump Exersise: Enable pump protection function.
- Temperature Limits: Set minimum and maximum temperature limits.
- Frost Protect: Enable frost protection.
- Temperature Override: Set temporary temperature adjustments.
- Daylight Saving: Enable/disable daylight saving time.
- Button Lock: Lock the control buttons.
- Display Idle Mode: Configure display behavior when inactive.
- Service Interval: Set reminders for maintenance.
- Service Demo: Activate a service demonstration mode.
- Installer Lock: Lock installer settings.
- Installer Reset: Reset installer settings.
Information and Warnings
The thermostat provides information and warnings related to its operation:
- Window Open: Indicates if a window is open.
- Product Lock: Indicates if the product is locked.
- Optimised Start: Indicates if the thermostat is using an optimized start feature.
- Delayed Start: Indicates if the start of heating is delayed.
- Frost Risk: Warns of potential frost conditions.
- Low Heat: Indicates low heat output.
- Service Due: Indicates that maintenance is due.
- Heat Reduced: Indicates that heat output is reduced.
- High Floor Temperature: Warns of high floor temperature.
- Sensor Fail: Indicates a sensor failure.
- External Sensor Fail: Indicates a failure in the external sensor.
- Floor Sensor Fail: Indicates a failure in the floor sensor.
