Probe Series

  • SigOFIT Optical Isolation Probes (MOIP/OIP B Series)

    • MOIP Series (Laser Powered): 100MHz-1GHz bandwidth, ±6250V differential voltage, 1% DC accuracy, 180dB Common-Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR). Ideal for SiC, GaN, Si, IGBT testing with low parasitic capacitance (1pF).
    • OIP B Series (Battery Powered): 100-500MHz bandwidth, ±5000V differential voltage, 1% DC accuracy, 180dB CMRR. Offers similar performance to MOIP series with battery power.

  • High Voltage Differential Probes (DP Series)

    • 100-500MHz bandwidth, up to 7000Vpk, >-80dB CMRR, 2cm thickness. Features high bandwidth, excellent CMRR, low input capacitance, and low noise (5mVrms).

  • Flexible Current Probes (RCP Series)

    • Up to 30MHz bandwidth, 12000Apk peak current, 2% accuracy, 1.6mm/3.5mm coil diameter. Designed for measuring current in small semiconductor devices like MOSFETs and IGBTs.

  • High-Frequency AC/DC Current Probes

    • CP3008: DC~8MHz bandwidth, 1% accuracy, 50A/300A dual range, 20mm jaw diameter. Suitable for high-frequency power electronics testing.
    • CP Series: DC~50MHz/100MHz bandwidth, 1% accuracy, 5A/30A dual range, 5mm jaw diameter. Compact and precise for various current measurements.

  • Low-Frequency AC/DC Current Probe (CP2100 Series)

    • DC~2.5MHz bandwidth, 10A/100A dual range, 13mm conductor diameter. Features flexible range switching and a split design for convenience.

  • AC Current Probe (ACP1000)

    • 10Hz-100kHz bandwidth, 1% accuracy, up to 1000A, 52mm jaw diameter. Enables non-invasive current measurement across a wide range.
