The TO Series tablet oscilloscopes are equipped with Micsig's latest SigtestUI™ multitasking system, featuring a 10.1" integrated touchscreen with 1280x800 resolution. They include an intelligent bi-directional probe interface (Micsig UPI*), standard bus trigger and decode (UART, CAN, LIN, SPI, I²C), and a built-in battery for field use. The intuitive UI and Android OS ensure ease of use, with support for Wi-Fi, HDMI, USB 3.0/2.0, and USB Type-C. Segmented Memory supports capturing up to 10,000 events.

Optical-fiber Isolated Probe - SigOFIT

Micsig's SigOFIT probe utilizes exclusive optical isolation technology for extremely high CMRR and isolation voltage performance, revealing true signals within their full bandwidth range. It offers high CMRR up to 112 dB at 100 MHz and over 100 dB at 500 MHz, with DC gain accuracy up to 1%. It is safe for testing Gallium Nitride (GaN) and is laser-powered for long-time stable testing. Differential mode signals range from ±1.25 V to ±2500 V.

High Voltage Differential Probe - DP Series

The DP Series includes high voltage differential probes such as DP10007, DP10013, DP20003, and DP750-100. These probes offer high accuracy, low noise, and measure voltages up to 5600V. They feature a compact design, professional performance, one-press Zero calibration, and automatic overrange alarm. The DP10007, DP10013, and DP20003 are powered by oscilloscope USB output, while the DP750-100 can be powered directly by Micsig UPI oscilloscopes and automatically matches attenuation.

High Frequency AC/DC Current Probe - CP Series

The CP Series includes high frequency AC/DC current probes such as CP503B, CP1003B, CP503, and CP1003. These probes offer AC/DC measuring capabilities, degaussing/auto zero setting, and an overload flashing light indicator. They provide superior 1% DC accuracy (typical) and can be powered by a USB adapter or Micsig UPI power supply. The CP503/CP1003 models offer auto range matching with Micsig UPI oscilloscopes.

AC Current Probe - RCP500

The RCP500 is a compactly designed AC current probe with an exquisite appearance, offering 1% high accuracy with less than 2mV noise. It utilizes a Rogowski coil measurement system and is powered directly by Micsig UPI. A standard adapter is available for all BNC interfaces.

AC Current Probe - ACP1000

The ACP1000 is an AC current probe with an open clamp design and BNC connection for all oscilloscopes. It operates at frequencies from 10 Hz to 100 kHz, with a maximum peak current of 2000A (for 2s). It provides an output signal in mV/A with a maximum accuracy of 1% and a safety category of CAT III 600V.
