This manual provides instructions for the installation of the One Light magnetic profile system.
System Overview
The One Light magnetic profile system is a versatile lighting solution designed for flexible installation. The profiles are available in 1m and 2m lengths and are constructed from aluminium. The system operates on 48V DC and supports both ON/OFF and DALI control protocols. Key dimensions for the profile are approximately 27mm in height and 55mm in width.
System Components
The following components are illustrated in the system diagram:
- 42012AB/B Corner: A corner piece used to create angled turns in the magnetic profile track.
- 42012BB/B Corner wall to wall (IN): A specific corner piece designed for installations where the track transitions from one wall to another, indicated by an inward-facing arrow symbol [→].
- 42026A Suspension kit: A kit used to suspend sections of the magnetic profile from the ceiling via thin cables.
- 42022B/B End caps: Components used to seal and finish the open ends of the magnetic profile sections.
- 42004C/B Live connector: A connector used to join two linear sections of the magnetic profile.
- 42032A Mechanical connector: A separate component that works with the live connector to ensure secure mechanical joining of profile sections.
- A spotlight fixture is also shown attached to the magnetic profile.
Wiring Diagrams
ON/OFF Wiring Diagram
This diagram illustrates the wiring for the ON/OFF control system.

Connections:
- Power Input: 230V AC connects to the TRACK.

- +48V DC (Brown wire) to the lighting fixture.
- -48V DC (Blue wire) to the lighting fixture.
DALI Wiring Diagram
This diagram shows the wiring configuration for the DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) control system.

This setup is similar to the ON/OFF configuration, with a 230V AC input powering the TRACK, which in turn supplies the 48V DC DRIVER via a 42004A/B Power supply cable. The driver provides the necessary +48V and -48V DC outputs. Additionally, the driver includes terminals for DALI signal communication. One DALI signal is transmitted via a Black wire, and the second DALI signal via a Green wire, both connecting to a DALI control unit (labeled 'DALI').
Connections:
- Power Input: 230V AC connects to the TRACK.
- Driver Power: The 48V DC DRIVER is connected to the TRACK using the 42004A/B Power supply cable.
- Driver Outputs:
- +48V DC output to the lighting fixture.
- -48V DC output to the lighting fixture.
- DALI Control:
- DALI Signal (Black wire) connects to the DALI control unit.
- DALI Signal (Green wire) connects to the DALI control unit.
Warnings
- Make sure that the product is installed properly before connecting to electricity.
