Included Components

• 1x D-Ring Blank
• 16x Cable Minder Clip
• 5x Mobile D-Ring
• 5x 8-32 D-Ring Screw

Installation Instructions

Step 1:

Fasten the mobile D-rings to the D-ring blank with the provided 8-32 screws. Secure with a screwdriver.

Step 2:

Install the cable minder clips into the D-ring blank by inserting them into the designated holes.

Step 3:

Install the cable manager to the rack with rack screws. (Sold separately)

Warranty Information

General

Kendall Howard offers a Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for all products. Please read the warranty carefully for responsibilities and resolution procedures.

Terms of Warranty

Kendall Howard products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Kendall Howard will, at its option, furnish new or factory remanufactured products for repair or replacement of any defective part.

Warranty Extension

This Warranty extends to the first purchaser for use (the "User") and is non-transferable without prior written permission from Kendall Howard.

Assignment of Warranties

Kendall Howard assigns to the User any warranties from manufacturers and suppliers of components, but makes no representations or assumes responsibility for these third-party warranties.

Drawings, Descriptions

Kendall Howard warrants that products will conform to descriptions in invoices, orders, proposals, and other descriptive documents. These descriptions are not warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty Claims Procedure

Users must contact Kendall Howard within 30 days of discovering a defect. Kendall Howard will repair or replace non-conforming products without charge for materials. Labor may be charged if outside the initial 30-day period. Kendall Howard covers shipping costs for replacement products and return of defective items, subject to inspection confirming a defect.

Warranty Performance of Component Manufacturers

Kendall Howard may utilize third parties, including component manufacturers, to perform warranty work promptly and effectively.

Items Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, improper application, incorrect electrical connection, negligence, inappropriate operating conditions, unauthorized repair, transit damage, tampering, alterations, changes in location or use, exposure to elements, Acts of God, theft, or installation contrary to recommendations. It also excludes installation costs, external circuit breaker resetting, maintenance, service items, labor, and shipping costs for removal/replacement, unless specifically provided. The warranty is void if the product is altered.

Limitations

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The User's sole remedy is repair or replacement. Kendall Howard's liability for property loss or damage shall not exceed the net product purchase price. Kendall Howard assumes no liability for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Miscellaneous

No salesperson or agent can alter this warranty. Modifications require written consent from a Kendall Howard officer. The warranty is effective upon full payment receipt and supersedes all previous warranties. Kendall Howard reserves the right to change warranty terms. If any provision becomes invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Users must complete and return the User Information Card within 30 days. The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and represents the entire agreement.
