Installation Instructions

Step 1: Mounting the Panel

Determine the mounting location of the lacing panel. Using rack screws and cage nuts (sold separately), attach the lacing panel to the rack.

Step 2: Securing Cables

Using cable ties or hook and loop straps (sold separately), secure the cables to the lacing panel.

Warranty Information

General: Kendall Howard offers a Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for all its products. Please read the warranty carefully for details on responsibilities and resolution procedures in case of a defect.

Terms of Warranty: Kendall Howard products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If a product part fails to conform to the warranty, Kendall Howard will, at its option, provide new or factory remanufactured products for repair or replacement.

Warranty Extension: This warranty extends to the first purchaser for use and is non-transferable without prior written permission from Kendall Howard.

Assignment of Warranties: Kendall Howard assigns to the User any assignable warranties from component manufacturers and suppliers. However, Kendall Howard makes no representations regarding the effectiveness or extent of these third-party warranties and assumes no responsibility for them.

Drawings, Descriptions: Kendall Howard warrants that its products will conform to the descriptions provided in its final invoices, orders, proposals, and other descriptive documents. These descriptions are not warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty Claims Procedure: Users must contact Kendall Howard within thirty (30) days of discovering a defect. Kendall Howard will repair or replace non-conforming products without charge for materials. Labor is free if performed within thirty (30) days of purchase; otherwise, standard labor rates apply. Kendall Howard covers shipping for replacement products and return of defective items, contingent upon inspection confirming a defect and no signs of misuse.

Warranty Performance of Component Manufacturers: Kendall Howard may utilize component manufacturers and their authorized representatives to perform warranty work efficiently.

Items Not Covered by Warranty: This warranty excludes damage or defects resulting from misuse, improper application, incorrect electrical connections, negligence, inappropriate operating conditions, unauthorized repairs, transit damage, tampering, alterations, changes in location or use, exposure to elements, Acts of God, theft, or installation contrary to recommendations. It also excludes installation costs, circuit breaker resetting, maintenance/service items, and labor/shipping costs for removal/replacement unless explicitly stated. Any alteration to the product voids the warranty.

Limitations: This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The User's exclusive remedy is repair or replacement. Kendall Howard's liability for property loss or damage is limited to the net product purchase price. Kendall Howard is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Miscellaneous: No employee or agent of Kendall Howard can alter these warranty terms; modifications require written consent from a Kendall Howard officer. The warranty is effective upon full payment receipt and supersedes prior warranties. Kendall Howard may update warranty terms. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms. Users must return the User Information Card within thirty (30) days of receipt. This warranty is governed by Nebraska state law and constitutes the entire agreement.
