Upon receiving all required information for your grading submission, Trademark commits to processing and forwarding it to the appropriate grading company within 5 business days, excluding holidays. Trademark is all about transparency. Trademark charges a flat rate per card. We take care of everything to get your cards submitted safely and securely to the grading company, including using card savers and proper preparation and packaging. Please ship all cards in a penny sleeve and protective case. Once the cards are put in top loaders, we suggest that you put all items in team bags so there is no chance of the cards coming out during shipping. Please make sure that your item(s) are packaged well with plenty of padding, so the box does not cave in or crush. Trademark recommends that you ship using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes to save on the shipping costs. This will minimize the shipping costs and allow consignors to ship a large amount for a reasonable price. Expedited shipping services are always preferred for security and efficiency. Grading Service Policy Last Updated: February 25, 2024. · Submission Process: Trademark processes all paperwork for items submitted to the grading company of your choice. · Consigning with Grading Service: If you choose to consign your item with Trademark along with the grading service, we will consign your item within 48 hours of receiving it back from the grading company. Grading fees will not be due immediately; Trademark will deduct the grading fee from your consignment payout. · Grading Service Only: For those opting for our Grading Service only, Trademark will notify you of the grading results and the total balance due for payment. Graded cards will be sent back to you within 5 days of completed payment. · Turnaround Times: Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed by Trademark or the grading companies. · Submission Schedule: Trademark submits to grading companies once per week. Cards received on processing days will wait for the next grading submission day. · Card Value Impact: Card value may impact turnaround times, beyond Trademark's control. Customers must declare card values before submission, with Trademark reserving the right to override if the estimate is deemed too low. · Dual Service and Upcharges: "Dual service" is available upon special request. Grading companies may upcharge fees for high-graded cards, and associated fees are the customer's responsibility. · Insurance and Declarations: All items are fully insured during transit. Customers must declare card values for insurance purposes. · Cost Responsibility: Customers are responsible for grading, consignment, packaging, shipping, and insurance costs. Trademark will not ship graded items without full payment.
