Product Description

The Aldes RT Flex sealed flexible duct is designed for making a sealed and durable terminal connection (duct/mouth) in collective or tertiary ventilation systems. The RT FLEX is an all-in-one product that includes a female connector, an extendable flexible hose, and a trident connector for the mouth and for securing in plasterboard. The RT FLEX is compatible with all ALDES Ø125 mouths, except for gas mouths. It is compatible with both standard and jointed duct systems.

Residential collective housing, new construction, renovation, tertiary premises.

Installation

Installation Procedure:

• Connection to the duct is made via the female metal connector, preferably on a jointed spigot (no sealing or screws required in this case).
• Connection to the mouth is made via the plastic cuff which ensures a sealed junction.
• The trident cuff is fixed to the plastic cuff by rotating it on itself and ensures the mechanical hold of the assembly in the plasterboard.
• Can be mounted on all types of plasterboard with a thickness less than 18 mm.

Reference Argument:

• Compatible with all Aldes Ø125 mouths (except gas mouths) and standard or jointed duct systems.
• Mounting on all types of plasterboard with a thickness less than 18 mm.

Description:

• Connection consists of:
• A female metal connector that preferably fits onto a jointed spigot (no sealing or screws required in this case).
• An Alflex Alu extendable flexible hose from 30 to 120 cm.
• A white plastic cuff with a nozzle that ensures the fitting and sealing of the mouth into the flexible hose, as well as a trident cuff that clips onto the nozzle by rotating on itself and ensures the mechanical hold in the plasterboard when pushing the assembly back.
