IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons or damage to property, follow basic precautions including the following:

READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before using this product for the first time, please:

NOTE: The motor assembly itself should be wiped over with a damp cloth and should never be fully immersed in water.

NOTE: This product has double safety protection. The motor will not operate if the motor assembly is removed from the cup or if the blending cup and motor assembly are not correctly aligned/fixed into position. In this instance, the white indicator light will flash. Only when the motor assembly and the blending cup are rotated and fixed in place correctly, will you be able to double-click the power switch to start operation, and the indicator light will cease to flash.

NOTE: The dot on the lid must be aligned with the white dot on the cup in order to activate the product.

CHARGING MODE

  1. When the charging adapter is first connected, the LED light shows red. The red light remains during the charging process.
  2. When fully charged, the LED light shows white.

WORKING MODE

There is only one function / speed. To turn on the blender:

  1. Double-click the power switch. If the indicator light is white (i.e. the blender is fully charged), the product will turn on and run at full speed. When the blender is not adequately charged for use, the indicator light will glow red and flash three times. The machine will then stop running. If the indicator light begins to flash during operation, the unit should be charged again as soon as possible to ensure continued operation.

NOTE: If the blades become blocked or are otherwise not able to turn freely, the product will stop immediately and the white LED indicator will flash. Whilst the light is flashing, the product will not respond to pressing the button switch. Clear the blades by flipping the unit gently and wait for the light to stop flashing before attempting to begin the blending process again.

  1. Press the power switch at any time during the blending process to stop the machine.
  2. In order to protect the motor, the blender is programmed to run for 40 second intervals. If the motor does not shut down after 40 seconds, turn off manually by pressing the power switch and restart as required. At full charge, the blender can be operated 5 times (at approx. 3 minutes per use) with recharge being required again after the 5th use.

NOTE: Any fruit and / or vegetables placed into the blending cup should be washed, peeled and cut into small cubes of approx. 1cm.

  1. Put the cut fruit / vegetables into the blending cup, add water or your preferred milk or other liquids.

NOTE: The total amount of food and liquid should not exceed the maximum mark (300mL) of the cup.

  1. The motor assembly should be twisted into position on the blending cup and hand tightened in place to ensure that the food will not leak out.
  2. Double-click the power switch on the motor assembly, turn the product upside down, hold it in hand, and the product starts to work.

NOTE: During the blending process, you may click the power switch once, and the product will stop working immediately. If the blade is stuck at start-up, the product can be placed upright and then placed upside down after normal start-up.

  1. After mixing and once the blade / motor assembly is removed from the blending cup, the blending cup can then be used directly to consume the juice / smoothie etc.
  2. The magnetic suction charging wire is required to be inserted into a standard USB Charger Supply Unit of DC5V/1A specification, and the magnetic suction head of the charging wire is to be placed on the charging port of the motor assembly to charge the product.

NOTE: When charging, put the blending cup flat on the table to charge. When charging, the LED indicator will glow red, and once fully charged, the LED indicator will glow white. The product cannot be used whilst being charged.

CLEANING

Turn the unit off and disconnect the motor assembly from the blending cup.

Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring pads, bleach or acetone-based product to clean this appliance.

Motor assembly can be simply wiped down after use with a damp cloth – it should not be immersed in water or placed into a dishwasher for any reason.

Rinse the inside of the blending cup and the parts in contact with food with clean water, and wipe dry or allow them to air dry.

When storing, please ensure that the product is clean and dry, before being placed in a dry, well ventilated place out of direct sunlight.

RAPID CLEAN:

Add an appropriate amount of water to the blending cup and attach the motor assembly. Double-click the power switch and allow to blend for 5 – 10 seconds.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

IssuePossible CauseRemedy
Product does not start
  • Is it used continuously for a long time?
  • Is the food stuck on the blade?
  • Is the motor assembly and the blending cup not rotated in place?
  • The red light flickered.
  • Wait for the motor to cool down before using.
  • Remove the remaining food and use it again.
  • Install the motor assembly and blending cup in place before starting.
  • Fully charge before use.
When working, the blade is stuck and the lamp flashes
  • The ingredients are too large and cause the blade to stick.
  • Fruits and liquids exceed the maximum scale rated by the product.
  • The ingredients are washed, peeled, and cut into small cubes of about 1cm. Don't let the blade touch the pulp first, then turn on and put it in position.
  • Reduce the liquid capacity to not exceed the rated capacity of the cup.
Burnt smell coming from the motor
  • Continuous use time is longer than 40 second intervals.

The high-powered motor is inside the main unit. Due to the friction of the carbon brush, an odour will occur, but it is not a product failure. Please feel free to use.

Charging without prompt (red light not on)
  • Bad connection of USB data line.
  • Due to the identification restrictions of some branded adapters on the electrical equipment, the actual output voltage and current do not meet the requirements.
  • Check the connection status of the USB data line to ensure that the connection is normal.
  • Charge the product with the universal adapter of DC5V/1A and above, which is purchased through regular channels.
